Account #****. On 11/2/21 representative never entered our building to complete service however received an invoice #*******-00 for $36.92 for service. Since August have repeatedly received fraudulent charges on our account for paper products and rags that we have not received. I have attempted to resolve this by calling both *** the manager and *********************. This has lead to several conversations but they still show our account with a balance because I refuse to pay for services and products we are not receiving.Business response

I am rejecting this response because I just recently received one email regarding a specific payment application for the most recent billing cycle. This is not the issue at all and feel this is an attempt to minimize the issues and frankly not address the real issues that I have raised.

I own 3 restaurants and a hired Maurers to do a rag service for me. They pick up old rag and replace them with new rags ,change the front door mat, check the soap and refill It. Then they send me a bill. Sometimes they don't come and sometimes they only due half the stuff but they still charge be for the full bill. I have sent emails and called serval times. I sent pictures showing them that the work was not being done but the still send the same bill. So I cut the service down to rags and a mat but the still charge me for more things like soap. Every week I send an email to the manager. They lock you in a contact and tell you that you have to pay even if they don't do the job. Yes, that's what they said to me. I would hate for other people to get them selves in this situation.Business response
