THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! Hired them for a move a few months ago and when talking to the individual on the phone was quoted a price to reserve the truck and have the men show up. It was explained that this was a hold/deposit and that once the move was completed, you would get an actual billed amount for the specific amount of time the whole job took as it depends on how much is involved with the job. The three men showed up a little late but no big deal and started working, the actual movers did a good job and were very careful with the items they were moving. Upon completion the gentleman showed me the **** on his laptop, where I was supposed to sign right above the signature box it said total amount due for move and then the amount, so I signed, and they left, and everything was good. Upon receiving my CC statement, I saw the final billed amount and still saw that the deposit/hold had not been credited to my account yet so gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it would be applied soon. Next CC statement, it was still there so I called my CC company and explained the situation and put in a claim against the hold/deposit that was never credited to my account. Come to find out this company is now lying and saying that the original hold/deposit amount that I authorized to reserve the truck and have the men show up to do the job, is part of the total **** and that I am liable. If I had known that the hold/deposit was part of the total price, I would have NEVER booked them in the first place because that pricing is completely ludicrous. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers preying on people, giving misinformation, and overbilling people in a time of vulnerability as they know so many people are having to relocate and downsize due to these tough inflationary times. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!
