The customer entered into an exclusive listing agreement with our firm on 06/24/2021. During the process the customer had numerous complaints with the agent/representative that were not justified in any way. As a broker our job is to get the consumers property sold and provide the best service to them. I have reviewed everything between the customer and our agent and only believe our agent went out of their way and provided a 5 star service to the customer. At one point in time our agent asked the customer if she would like out of the listing agreement to work with another firm and she declined to do so and wanted to continue working with us. The customer received copies of all of the documents regardless of what the customer said. We utilize an e-signing platform that sends an executed copy as soon as it is signed by all parties. When there was a confusion regarding a closing date and the customer was out of town we were able to have a notary go to a different state so that the customer could close on the home. There is an additional cost to the notary that provides this service which the customer is now complaining about almost 6 months later and after the settlement statement was signed and agreed upon by the customer.
