I am filing a complaint because I am extremely unsatisfied with the quality of the workmanship provided and the lack of urgency to correct the issue properly. I originally contacted Roger H****** 12/31/2020 about my new roof leaking badly and how I was not happy. All he said was take a picture and that flat roofs take time to seal. I took picutres and video and forwarded to Roger H******. No reponse, no I'm sorry, no I'll take care of it. Keep in mind between this project and my project previous to this last one with Hankins Homescapes I have spent almost $60,000.00. I have messaged multiple times and called with no response. Finally almost a year after I contacted him about the leaking roof he responded and came and looked at my roof and said it needed to be resealed which he claims he did. The roof still leaks. The major issue is do to poor design and lack of urgency to fix the issue alot of the wood is saturated and needs to be replaced. I have a roof that is a year old that leaks everytime it rains, how is this not a issue? At this point I dont feel confident in him coming back to my property because I feel he is incompetent and not capable of doing things properly or does not care to do things properly. He wants to put a band aid on things to shut me up for awhile. I am a reasonable person and I understand not everyone is perfect but I've been more than patient and given the contrator plenty of time to make good on his contract. In total spent around $26000 for the remodel of my barn and about $30000 on the previous project with Hankins Homescapes. 10/29/2020 was roughly the completion date of this project. I contacted him about the roof leaking 12/31/2020
