    On 6/28 I placed an order through Delphi Glass. My credit card was charged the full amount and I was sent a verification email itemizing my order. This email listed all items correctly as ordered. I received my order a few weeks later and realized I was sent a wrong item in my order (this item was a heavy spool of metal that cost around $140. It took multiple calls and emails to this company before someone responded. They told me either box it up myself or drive to a ***** and have them package it up at my own expense. Never once did they apologize for the mix up or offer to send the item I ordered in the first place. After packaging up the item (at my own expense) it was another round of multiple calls and emails to get shipping instructions. I then asked when I will receive my refund for the item never sent and I was told they can't tell me who will be processing my refund or when I will receive my money back. Another few weeks go by.... Finally I receive a refund for less than the amount owed to me. More calls and emails before they tell me that they charged me a "restocking fee". I reminded them that this was an error on their part, they had send me this item. I had shipped it back to them, packaging it at my own expense! I was then told they will look into it and call me back on Monday. Over a week has gone by, I have send emails and called and still have not heard anything. This company still has my money, I never received the product, and apology or an offer to send me the correct item. I want a full refund for the cost of the item never sent to me (including tax and shipping charges)

    I wish I had read this site before ordering. My fiber boards arrived unwrapped and damaged. I asked for replacements and they said new ones would arrive the same. I have to pay for the return shipping. Based on the other notes, I am curious about what percent I will get back though the products are unused and wrapped in their original packaging. I even wrapped the fiber boards better than the way they sent them to me. ************** set is super flimsy and looks unlikely to work with the molds. While their website states it has technology to look up your order, to return the items you have to fill out all the details like it is a catalog from the 20th century. Overall, they do not seem interested in repeat business.

    I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience when shopping with Delphi. In reviewing the photos you had submitted, the state of the fiber board you received is average for this product. We were concerned about reshipping, as you may be equally as unhappy with the product you receive as replacement. However, we do not consider the product to be defective. Per our return policy, we are happy to take returns on these items. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a refund for the items you are dissatisfied with.
