Avoid this business at all costs. Lies and more lies from them since the day I bought my truck. From the salesman ***** to the general manager ****, Ive been given nothing but double talk and empty promises to help. They delivered my truck dented and wont take any responsibility, instead blaming the transportation company they hired, who blames them. The ******** warranty was promised to be transferred to US, but now that I need warranty work, I learn that it isnt. The ** said the salesman was fired for dropping the ball and making false statements to me, but he just answered the phone there. Lies and deception. Avoid them!!Review from Cheryl H

My son bought a 2012 Chrysler 300 at the beginning of September from out of state. When the car was delivered, we asked the driver's to give us a few minutes so my son and his girlfriend could take a look at the undercarriage. My son and his girlfriend took the Chrysler to a local dealer and multiple issues were found. We contacted M, the salesman and he indicated that a total inspection had been done on the car. I asked M for a copy of the inspection and he stated he would send to me, NEVER received it. We sent the list of repairs from the dealer and he said he would look at it. We asked if we could just return the car and get our money back, but he said he would take care of the repairs as it would only cost him around $100-300. So the Chrysler was picked up and taken back to Michigan for repairs and I asked M to provide me with an invoice showing all the repairs that were being done. I NEVER received . The car needed new suspension front and back, front rotors were trash, passenger side skirt falling off, tps monitors bad, steering wheel column sticks (cannot turn left sometimes), trunk rusted, engine bay rust, and that is only part of it. According to M, they replaced the control arms, fixed airbag light (NOT), fixed steering wheel, installed tow struts on the front and aligned it, TPMS fixed and replaced the tow front shocks and it cost over $1500? What happened to $100-300? When they returned the car, we took it to another local shop and they found multiple issues and we have had to spend $3500 (I have receipts) on repairs and there is still work to be done to make the care safe. M told me he could not do anymore. I asked to speak with his supervisor and was sent to the Controller's voicemail. She called me back a few days later and said she would check it out and get back to me. I have called her and text multiple times with no response, I also left a voicemail on the Presidents voicemail and have never received a call back. Worst customer service ever!!Review from Travis S

I purchased a 2018 Expedition from them a few years back with around 35k miles. 3 days after purchase I noticed the ** stopped working. I brought it back and was told the issue was fixed. This was towards end of fall so we didnt need to use the ac until the next spring. Once again, the ac stopped working. We took it back again and they said they topped it off with coolant but everything else looked great. At the beginning of this spring the ac once again stopped working. When I contacted them about this they said they were sorry, but theres nothing they can do. We then took it to a (reputable) dealership who immediately let us know there was a leak and likely had been for quite sometime. When I let motor cars know that, they once again ignored me. Fast forward to this last week- we were just told that we need a brand new transmission. 2 years, needs a new ac, a new transmission and already had to have the sunroof replaced because that also broke. When dealing with their sales manager, ******, I let him know I was going to express my experience with my network, to which he threatened to contact my company. He googled information about me to try and threaten me. Stalking customers seems like bad business to me. If you look online, you will also see there was a news article written about how they blackmailed a customer to take down a negative review. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THESE DEALERSHIPS.Review from Tony S

On July 11th, I took a day off of work to go look at a 2018 F150. It was listed for $33,900. After a test drive, I had a list of things that needed to be fixed. ****** assured me it would be no problem to get those fixed. I put a $200 deposit down and he was going to have the truck ready Saturday. On Thursday, he emailed me an agreement with the purchase price of $33,900 so I could finalize my loan. ****** called me shortly after and told me the dealer owner wanted $1,000 more for the truck because repairs were costing more than they expected. I called the general manager, **** hoping he could rectify the situation. He was on board with the price hike even though I received the purchase agreement for lower. He said they would be under water and likely needed more than $1000 to cover the repairs. This is dishonest and shady. The truck should have been inspected before they decided on a list price and put it on their lot. They should have negotiated with me before agreeing on a price and repairs. Im not responsible for their poor business decisions. I feel they have wasted my time and I would not recommend anyone shop there.Review from Michael C

I bought the car from out of state, I asked the salesman if the car would pass inspection and his answer was yes, everything is good. The car did not pass inspection, it needed new brakes and 4 new struts. I wouldn't trust their word.
