I made an appointment with this company to have mine and my two boy's hair cut on 2/4/2023. Upon arriving I noticed that the person I had specifically requested to not cut our hair was one of the only people there. Upon confronting the employee about our requests, she became quite agitated and aggressive. She then started threatening my wife and myself, and even involved some borderline hate speech. The employee would not let us talk so we said we are done, and just left. The employee continued to try and restart the argument and became even more aggressive when we not reciprocate. We later contacted the manager and expressed our experience to her, she then became verbally abusive as well. We will not be returning to this place, but with the nature of the atmosphere something has to be done. I would like an apology from the employee especially since it was in front of my young children and they were traumatized by the event. There were also other people and children waiting that were appalled by the interaction as well. Businesses like this should not be around, especially when you tell them how you would like your hair cut (pretty normal), but when you get what you didn't ask for, it's the customer's fault for not being specific. This woman was a horrible employee, she didn't take down any of our simple instructions ahead of time, because she was hurt by the request, it was not personal against her, she just didn't cut the hair the way we wanted, as simple as that.

This is absolutely not a true statement at all. First of all it was not the husband who had any kind of a confrontation with anyone inside my location, it was the wife. The first time she brought her children in a mo th ago she asked my stylist to rescue her sons hair three times to get it shorter then it was .once my stylist did as she was instructed the women became loud and aggressive stating his hair was then to short. She then called to make another appointment for her child and her husband at that time she requested the previous stylist not to cut her sons hair. With just two girls there one of my girls took the son and the one she didn't want was goi g to cut her husband's hair . Before my stylist started to cut him the women started to loudly carry on and made my stylist cry so they where asked to leave at that time. My stylist did not by any means make threats nor did she say anything offensive to them as I said she was at this time crying. They other client they are speaking of that was also in my slocation was consoling the upset crying stylist he made the comments that the women was completely out of her mind at that time.  I have been in business now for over 20 years and this is the first time I have had to respond to someone who is on a rampage to hurt mine and my hard working stylist reputation . She actually made the comment to my manager that she would go straight to every ****** review she could which she has also done that.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

She is correct it was my wife, I was submitting since I was there and saw the entire thing. Im sorry that the stylist cant take any criticism,  her attitude towards my wife was unacceptable. I also dont approve of the comments here that my wife is out of her mind, those kind of comments are exactly what Im talking about. I wish the comments would have been that light in the store. I was hoping for an apology, but none is needed now. My sons even asked what was wrong with the other woman and why she was so mad at mommy? They also heard words that I hope they never hear again for some time. Dont worry we wont be back, but dont expect a good review from us.

      Regards,
