      Total **** care replaced a transmission in my car in July, they kept the car for over a month. When I picked the car up, they could not get the car started! They kept it another week stating the battery had to be replaced, When the car was ready, I went to pick it up. I drove the car for a week before I had the same issue of the car not starting and needing a jump to start the car. I had the car towed back in to Total Car care at my expense and they kept the car for 2 weeks, and stated they sent it to one of their other locations for someone to diagnose. 2 days later, they called and said the car was ready for pickup. I took an Lyft car service to the pick up the car. To my shock, the business had moved! I was stranded in the cold weather in an empty parking lot. I called them, and they said apologized for not telling me they had moved!! I am a senior citizen and was out in the cold looking to take delivery of my car. I called them, they accused me of being angry and aggressive but agreed to deliver the car to their former location to me. I was very upset and the driver ***, kept calling me aggressive and yelling at me. I had my daughter on the phone at this time and she heard everything. I told *** and ***** that I had has such terrible results from them fixing my car that I wanted to see how it drove. They would not let me take my car until I signed their piece of paper. They took the keys out and blocked me from entering my car. They called the ****************** and so did my daughter who lives out of town and thought I was being accosted by this man. AFter talking with the officer, I did sign the paper and drove off with my car. This was a week ago and now today, my car won't start again. They keep saying they've change the battery, never once have they shown me my old parts. I keep calling them, because the work is still under warranty but this is highly unacceptable!

      CAR CAME IN AND SAT AT TOTAL CAR CARE FOR MONTHS FOR CUSTOMER TO ROUND UP MONEY FOR HER TRANSMISSION REPAIR AFTER A FEW MONTHS TCC REPLACED TRANSMISSION AND ROAD TESTED HER VEHICLE ASSERTING THAT HER COMPLAINT IS ADDRESSED TCC HAD CHARGED CUSTOMERS BATTERY ON A TRICKLE CHARGER. AFTRER CONTACTING CUSTOMER NUMEROUS OF TIMES SHE PICKED UP HER VEHICLE AFTER A MONTH OF COMPLETETION. CUSTOMER CONTACT WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, CUSTOMER CAME AND WENT TO START VEHICLE AND FOUND BATTERY WAS DEPLETRED AFTER THE VEHICLE SITTING FOR A FEW MONTHS BATTERY IS EXPANDED. TCC WAS EXPLAINING TO THE CUSTOEMR AND CUSTOMER WAS RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE WHICH IS UNDERSTABLE SHE DIDNT WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY SO TCC REPLACED BATTERY NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER AND PREFORMED ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSIS. PLACED AMP METER ON AMP DRAW AND FOUND NO ELECTRICAL DRAINAGE. CONTACTED CUSTOMER AND TOLD HER THAT OUR REPAIR FACILTY IN ********** HAD BEEN CLOSE DOWN TO AS GAS LEAK AND WE HAD MOVED BUILDINGS TO OUR LIVONIA LOCATION SHE HAS HER DAUGHTER TO PLACE A UBER FOR HER DUE TO BEING A SENIOIR CITEZEN NOT KNOWING HOW TO OPERATE HER UBER THE DAUGHTER SENT HER TO THE OLD BUILDING IN **********. AS SHE CALLED THREATENING AND DERAGATORY TERMS AND ****** DEMEANING *** AND ***********  WE HAD TOLD HER TO STAY WHERE SHES AT AND WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO HER WITH HER VEHICLE. WHICH IS A 7 MINUTE DRIVE. TCC HAD CONTACTED *** TO RESOLVE THE MANNER AND HE ARRIVED WITHIN MINUTES. CUSTOMER WAS SCREAMING AND SHOVED *** THEN HE REQUESTED TO HAVE HER SIGN THE PAPERWORK MEANING THAT HER BILL IS **** FOR THE BATTERY REPAIR AND ELECTRICAL DIAG AND CUSTOMER BECAME MORE AGGRESSIVE AND VIOLENT PUSHING *** AND ATTACKING ***. HE REQUESTED POLICE TO BE THERE AND AFTER THEY HAD SPOKEN TO HER I REQUESTED TO NOT PRESS CHARGES AND VIDEO CAMERA FOOTAGE IS AVAILABLE. CUSTOMER BE LITTLED EMPLOYESS AND POLICE. AFTER SHE HAD STARTED HER VEHICLE AND SEEING HER CAR WAS REPAIRED, SHE HAD SIGN A AS IS FINAL SETTLEMENT NOTICE FOR ALL REAPRIS CONCLUDING THE COMPLAINT.

      Took my 2017 van in to total car care to get an oil change that went fine except they did not check tire pressure. My check engine light was on so they scanned for it and sent me to middlebelt 7 mile total car care where they said it was the transmission lines leaking so i said fix it paid right up front no question asked..I then stated to him i need to make sure this is running right because my wife is 9 months pregnant and i needed to make sure it was reliable, he said no problem we will take care of you .I drop it off at 8am right when they open said it would be about 3 hours I said ok and went home. 3 or 4pm 8 hours later they call me and said it was done I again said please make sure it was repaired he said we took care of u I said thank you...My check engine light comes on and my wife is in active labor i pull in wait on the guy to come say how u doing man I said I need u to run the check engine light please my wife is in active labor...this man says to me I am sorry I wish I could help u but i am really backed up I can get to u in 1hour at best I just turned around and left. How u can treat somebody like this is wrong and needs to be addressed to someone. How u treat your costumers is a reflection of the company.

      CUSTOMER CAME IN FOR TRANSMISSION LEAK, LEAK WAS ADDRESSED AND RESET CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. CUSTOMER HAD CAME BACK 1 HOUR BEFORE CLOSING AND DEMANDED HIS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TO BE INSPECTED HE WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR TRANMISSION LEAK NO REPAIR FOR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WHICH I POLITGHLY TOLD HIM HEY MAN I NEED UP TO AN HOUR BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO JUST CLEAR THE LIGHT I WANT MY GUY TO INSPECT IT AS QUICKLY AS HE CAN BUT I HAD A FEW CARS AHEAD OF HIM WHICH THEN HE SCREAMED AT THE TOP OFF HIS LUNGS DEMEANING WORDS AND STORMED OFF WE DO APOLOGIZE THAT WE COULD NOT HELP BUT DID NOT REFUSE SERVICE DUE TO HIM BEING IN A HURRY.

      This company did not fix my car I needed a transmission at first they told I didnt needed one and charged me 150 to look at my car and told me to come pick my car up knowing I need a transmission I pull out the lot and 30 mins later my Transmission light came back on they send a tow truck out they tow person lost my car send it to another location couldnt find my car had to call around for my car and now wont work on my car

      CUSTOMER WAS TOWED TO ********************** CAR WAS STUCK IN A ***** AND DAMAGED HER TRANSMISSION DUE TO ATTEMPTING TO PULL OUT OF THE ***** CUSTOMER SIGNED A NO SELF HARM WAVIER UPON ARRIVAL DUE TO CUSTOMER HAVING A WARRANTY COMPANY AND THEY DENIED IT DO TO "ABUSED" DRVING WHILE CUSTOMER HAD HER CAR IN THE ***** BURNING THE TRANSMISSION ***** INTERNALLY. CUSTOMER WAS GIVEN OPTION TO APPLY THE ******* TO REPAIR. INIALLTY TCC PROVIDED A CUSTOMER OF A NO SELF HARM WAVIER PRIOR TO WORKING ON HER VEHICLE NEEDED TO PULL AND INSPECT THE ***** AND INTERNALS OF TRANSMISSION. CUSTOMER ATTPEMPTED TO PULL HERSELF OUT OF THE ***** BY GOING FORWARD AND REVERSE MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL HER TRANSMISSION FAILED.
