Additional Information for Loyal Lending

In response to consumer inquiries, BBB sent a letter to PO Box 51101 Livonia, MI requesting information about the business. Specifically, BBB asked whether this is a location-based or virtual business; if Loyal Lending is an assumed name of a business that is registered with the State of Michigan; a list of states where the business is registered; a description of the products or services offered; any licenses held by the business to lawfully provide any of its services; and for copies of any marketing materials and the means by which these materials are sent to customers (i.e. postal mail, email, text, social media, etc). To date, BBB has received no reponse from the business.

According to information in BBB's files, Loyal Lending is not a registered business name in the State of Michigan. The business' website indicates that it is a paid marketing lead generator, not a lender. A search for the website loyallending.com on WhoIs, a database of website domain registrations, indicates that the site was registered on 10/04/20 using GoDaddy, and information about the registrant remains private. BBB noted the website disclosure claims "Last Update 06/09/2018", a date that is prior to the domain's registration. 

The website does not disclose a physical address for the business. Mail to PO Box 51101 Livonia, MI was returned by US Postal Service marked "not deliverable as addressed". The phone number listed on website and marketing material is answered at a call center for Strategic Financial Solutions, which accepts calls for many debt relief lead generators. 

BBB has exhausted all forms of contact with the business.
