To whom it may be concerned, I had purchased 2 wigs from this merchant on November 9, 2021. My total bill was $99.07 as a debit card transaction. After I got home, I decided that I didn't want one of the wigs so I looked at the receipt to see if I was able to return it to the store. The receipt says, " No Refund, Exchange Only". I did go back to the store the next day, Nov. 10, 2021, and spoke to the manager who responded immediately that the receipt was not theirs. She made a comment then turned and walked away from me. After I called her back, showed her the receipt again, she then acknowledged the receipt was hers and pointed to a sign near the register that stated that no wigs can be returned to the store. I told her that I didn't notice the sign for I was trying to keep my cane from falling down (which I had left there anyway). The receipt (my receipt) says NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY. So I suggested to her for them to include a statement on their receipt, "no return on the wigs" too. Especially for those customers like myself who have only been in the store once or twice before, and this was my first time purchasing a wig.
