Cappy Installed the Geothermal heating and cooling system in my new home in 2016. The system keeps going into emergency heat mode due to freeze protection warnings about 3-4 times every winter since 2016. I have had them out to repair the system each time and they haven't figured out the root cause. In Dec 2022, i had them come out again and they said the ********** is leaking. they installed the ********** in the original construction of my home. They said they take responsibility and work out the solution with me as they are responsible. Cappy heating and cooling was going to contact me. They didn't. I called them in late Jan 2023 and they said they left a message with my wife on Jan 4, 2023. My wifes phone didn't have a message from them. on this phone call with *** (from Cappy) I requested they have the owner contact me as this repair is going to require the driveway to be torn out and replaced to get access the the **********. She says the ********** warranty is 2 years. I asked her to send me the warranty info in writing. I have not received anything. In the 6.5 years of living in this home, I have had cappy at my house fixing the geothermal system that has a 10 year warranty and I have paid them about $200 in service calls each time. I would expect that they own up and fix the ********** that they installed and misdiagnoed as the root cause for the last 6.5 years.
