We have had our *************** since January/21. The area where were from averages about three major power events a years. My first power major power outage came 8 after installation. I remember feeling at ease because of the comfort of having the generator. To my surprise the generator ran roughly and cause a carbon monoxide leak inside my home. My sister and I knew this because the carbon monoxide alarm went off as well as feeling light headed. We instantly called the Generac representative (Kelley Brothers LC) who installed the generator. They informed us at the time they didnt have anyone available to address our emergency. The next called we made was to ***************** They quickly came out and shut to gas service off. The next day the representative from ******* came out to assess the situation and several days later they returned to make the repairs. The next power event after, was a few months later and lasted no more than two hours. We were very happy to feel safe and comfort with back power on demand again. They was a few others that lasted no more than an hour at a time. Fast forward to the next major power event 8/23 which lasted two days. The first night the generator ran into the morning where we woke up to headaches and the carbon monoxide alarm going off. We called the Generac representative for help in this emergency situation. They again had no one available. We than called the police who came out with the fire department they determined there was 58 atmospheres per unit of carbon monoxide in our home. We called the Generac representative again and we are currently waiting on some kind of resolution. We also Generac corporate resolution line and they still have yet to respond. This has been a very stressful, frustrating and confusing time. We chose Generac because of the reviews and Brand. We gave Generac over $11000 in turn for safety, comfortability, and security in case of major energy circumstance and we got nothing. PLEASE HELP
