If you are buying a house for the first time, it should be a requirement to work with **** from Commander and Chief Home Inspection. Not only was he thorough in his inspection, but took extra time to show me where the fused box was and how to operate it. Where the other major shut off switches were.

I highly recommend Commander And Chief Home inspection services. Service was priced to me timely, professional and very detailed. **** took his time evening our property. He used his drone to get views of the roof, chimney, gutters etc & included the pics in his full report. He broke down expected costs for all areas of the house that needed work.
