I filled out an application for what I thought to be life insurance. It turned out to be Accident Insurance, so I cancelled the policy on the same day.AAA will not stop taking money from my husbands account.They said I can cancel by putting it in writing which I did and they still did not cancel.I called and talked to 3 different people and still no resolution.I spoke to someone on the phone (I think her name is ***************************) who wanted to speak to my husband directly but he has difficulty speaking because he has a disability affecting his speech and she accused me of pretending to be him.AAA also sent a form for his signature and he signed it and dated it and they still sent a hard copy in the mail. I signed it and sent it back. I signed the application for the insurance policy on his behalf after speaking to him as I do have power of attorney because he has difficulty speaking for himself.I get the impression that they want to continue taking money from his account because after following what I was asked to do, they still have not resolved this very simple request to cancel this policy which I decided was not what I needed
