WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DURING THE WORST TIME.I WAS INFORMED BY VFG WHEN MY MOTHER PASSED SHE SET UP AN ANNUITY WITH VFG ASSOCIATES. MY MOTHER SET UT UP THAT 100% WOULD GO TO ME. VFG VERIFIED THAT TO BE CORRECT. THEN I WAS NOTIFIED THAT THEY MADE AN ERROR SOMEWERE AND FOR THAT THE POLICY REVERTED TO AN OLD SIGNED DOCUMENT FROM 2013 WHEN IT WAS SET TO BE SPLIT 50%. ******* THE ***** NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED NOR TOOK ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MATTER. WHAT HE ACTUALLY DID WAS PASS THE **** TO THE ANNUITY COMPANY SAYING ITS NOT VFG'S FAULT ITS NATIONAL WESTERN. HMMM WHY ARE YOU A 3RD PARTY LIAISON AND CLAIM NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHATS HAPPENED? THE COMPANY USES Protecting Your Financial World is our ***************** we can create a comprehensive plan that meets your needs. BUNCH OF LIES.NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO BAD FROM A COMPANY THAT CLAIMS TO "PROTECT YOUR FINANCIAL WORLD"I WISH MY FAMILY WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.
