I live in *************** in ****, ********, the *** hired premier property maintenance to do our snowplowing and maintenance. On Friday, January 12, ****, we got 5-6 inches of snow. This company came early the next morning and did their plowing. When I woke up on Saturday morning, it was unbelievable the bad job they did. They not did not shovel a lot of sidewalks and put salt down, one of them being my porch, which they are supposed to do, they also missed a whole section of parking. This was reported to them the truck came back later that day, and did a very quick, poor job, which only opened up maybe two spots out of four. They also pushed the snow between the sidewalk and those parking spots so we cannot safely get to the parking or our garages. Trying to contact them in the past couple days, the person at the company told me to go out and enjoy the day instead of complaining. When I said I couldnt get out to enjoy the day because I couldnt get to my car safely , this persons response was then watch ******** I told them I wasnt going to ***** my responsibilities like they did. This company does not know how to plow to make it safe. I would not spend any money on them. We are on the third day and they still have not come back to fix this and we have a lot of elderly in this complex. Not to mention the fact that I have osteoporosis, so Im afraid of slipping and falling.Initial Complaint

This company apparently mailed my husband a letter which stated that if they didn't hear from him they would assume that he wanted to continue with service for this year. My husband, *****************************, had a stroke on 11-23-20. He also had several seizures where he was taken by ems to the hospital and admitted during January to April. Then he had heart surgery to place 5 stents. During this time he also had PT, OT, and speech therapy as well as cardiac therapy. Since this was during covid, I didn't want him placed in a nursing home, so I became his sole caregiver. I handled all of his affairs but I didn't know that this was going to be continued. When my husband signed up last year, he told them it was for 1 year. I have been gradually going through the mail starting in. October. That is when I noticed that they charged my husband's credit card without his knowledge. He never authorized use of his credit card. I would like a refund of the $94.26 that they charged to his card. They have refused to give us a credit since they say I should have said something to the guy when he was there. I don't even know if he was here because I never saw him. My husband never signed anything for this year. We are both on a fixed income since I had to retire early to be his caregiver. Please help us get our money back. I can provide any medical information or any other information that you need, just let me know.Thank you.***** and *****************************Business response
