I keep receiving nasty junk mail from this company probably because I'm a AAA member. I actually would like a discount off of my next AAA membership just for being harassed by this company. Obviously if I did not respond the first time I do not want to be contacted by your company. I'm asking that you cease and desist immediately and contact AAA auto in ************ regarding my account to give me money off of my next year. Thank you.

The AAA Life insurance company has sent unsolicited large yellow envelope mailers about life insurance monthly. I've already contacted them by phone several times throughout the years and was assured that the mail would stop; however, they have not. Not only have they not stopped but they are sending it to my moms address which I havent lived at in over 6 yrs. I have also called and gave them my address but that hasnt been updated as my mother continues to get the same envelope monthly. Their website for opting out also redirects me away from the form after I enter my local zip code, making it impossible to use. I also made the mistake of adding my boyfriend and now he gets these monthly yellow envelope. Please update my address and make the yellow envelopes stop.

The AAA Life insurance company incessantly sends unsolicited large envelope mailers about life insurance. I have received over seven at this point. The website which supposedly offers uses dark patterns to make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe: ************************************** you can see, entering a zip code at this website results in the site redirecting to the home page and the inability to actually enter the opt out information.I searched online and found how many people have been encountering this same problem: ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** earliest of these is from April 2022 (over 2 years ago, and claims the website has been broken in this way since 2018, which would be over 5 years).Clearly this business is sending these unwanted mailers to a great many people and appear to either be making it intentionally difficult to unsubscribe or have a reckless disregard for the ability of consumers to opt out of the constant barrage of mailers. After opening with incognito mode and deleting the **** element I was able to submit the form to the *** company, but this is not the standard of technical competence the general public should be required to attain simply to opt out of the constant contact.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  I am glad my contact information has been added to the opt out list, but I have checked the opt out website (***********************************) once again and I see the issue I reported is still present -- entering your zip code redirects away from the page and results in a cookie being registered which prevents users from filing the opt out.  This means that for all users other than myself, the issue has not been resolved.

on July 10, 2024 I started a life insurance policy with AAA Life Insurance.. I regretfully gave them my banking information. during the same phone call of opening the policy I cancelled the policy. I changed my mind and told the representative to cancel my policy. Well, by this time she had already charged my bank account (didn't take her long at all to take it from my bank account!). She assured me that I would receive a credit that same day for the amount charged for the first month's premium. That amount being $85.00. I have been on the phone to AAA several times only to be told lies, they tell me I will see a credit by last Friday or yesterday. Yesterday I contacted them and they said I would get my credit within 10 business days! bull! didn't take them any time to take the funds from my account! I have attempted disputing the charge with my bank but have to wait for these forms to come in the mail. This whole scenario is totally ridiculous. AAA should have credited me back the $85.00 charged that same day on July 10th. requesting assistance with receiving my $85.00 owed to me.

I received a free 1 year basic membership of AAA through my phone carrier as a promotion. Not long after, I've been bombarded on a monthly basis with these annoying mailings for AAA life insurance trying to get me to sign up for a policy and including these stupid address stickers. I am not interested in life insurance. If I want that I can get it through my employer. I want these envelopes to stop coming to my house. I didn't ask for this nonsense. It goes straight into the trash. It's a waste of paper to send this garbage to people who don't want it. I've filled out opt out forms numerous times and yet I keep getting this garbage in the mail. I'm tired of it. I canceled the membership because I don't want this level of harassment. I want it to stop. Stop mailing me junk. Stop contacting me. Just leave me alone period.

I got a letter from AAA Life Insurance Company on 6-9-2024, indicating that my life insurance policy only covered me to age 65. I would turn 65 on 6-16-2024. So, I called to get info on converting over to a whole life policy. I talked to a lady named *******************. After speaking with her, I decided to switch to whole life @ $113 per month. The charge appeared on my credit card for the new policy on 6-17. Six days later, another charge for $113 appeared on my credit card, as well as a charge for $59 (which was the monthly charge for the old policy that was supposed to have been cancelled. In the meantime, I had received a letter from AAA Life Insurance that said that my old policy (which was supposed to have been cancelled) was 2 months behind in payments. I called AAA Life Ins customer service to find out why all this was happening. They told me that the new policy, for reasons unknown, was back dated to May 23. I said that was incorrect, and the lady I was talking to said I would have to work that out with *******************. I called ******************* (on 7-3-24) and asked her why all this was happening. She said it was "customer services fault", and said she would have a supervisor call me.On 7-8-24, after having recieved no call and no refund, I again called *******************, and got her voice mail. I told her that I wanted a refund posted be the end of the business day, or I would cancel the policy and dispute the extra charges through my credit card company.******************* called my back several hours later, and said a refund had been issued for the extra charges, and that they were starting the application process for this policy all over again. While she was on the phone, I pulled up my credit card account on my computer. No refunds had been issued. I told her to cancel the policy and refund the entire amount. She said that I would need to contact customer service. I told HER to contact customer service, and I hung up.
