Continue to receive unsolicited/ pre-approved life insurance offers from AAA Life Insurance Company located in *******, ********. Am permanently registered with credit bureau Opt Out Prescreen AND ************************ to stop unwanted offers. Frequency is every 1-2 months since earlier this year.While I do business with AAA in regards to auto membership (i.e., for tow/battery services), I do not have interest in offers from AAA affiliates such as this. Direct actions I had taken to try and stop these mailings:1) Explored opt out ability via AAA.com under my membership profile to stop marketing/affiliate offers 2) Contacted AAA ***************** Representative verified I had taken proper steps on my membership profile but also did not see a way to suspend life insurance offers via their website. Representative was to initiate an escalation case to technical support.3) Directly replied to a mailing using supplied Business Reply Mail envelope stating no interest in these offers.Business response

We received your complaint regarding your request to be removed from our mailing list. You indicated you have attempted to be removed on five occasions.
Our mailing lists are processed in advance of when the mail goes out, so there was a short period of time in which you could received additional mailings from us.

trying to cancel an issurance policy for over 1 week always put on hold no one responds waiting up 45 minutes tried various numbers same results on hold as i type this so far 25 minutes!Business response
