She has the patience of a saint which is highly valued, especially by the elderly with cognitive decline. It's been a pleasure working with her, and I feel extremely fortunate.******************

We got the Medical Care Alert and it has been a great system for us. We needed a replacement button and it was quickly replaced and we didnt have to pay for that. The phone representatives are always pleasant and helpful wehn we call in. I really like that there is a contact list for neighbors, family and friends. The lock box is also great and convenient for the ambulance drivers. I think Medical Care Alert is a great companyMedical Care Alert / American Response Technologies Response
