    I bought a used car from Lafontaine Mazda Livonia on May 4th and it has been in service now for 18 days. I can get no answer on the phone when I call and I have made over 50 phone calls in the last two weeks. I have emailed also with no response. I paid over $17,000 for a car that I cannot drive. I went into the dealership on Monday of this week and spoke to the sales Manager ************************* and he said he would get back to ** in a couple of hours after he spoke to service and we have yet to get a call four days later. My car broke down in the intersection of M59 and ************ and had to be towed to the shop on June 2 and it is still in there. It was also in the shop the day after I bought it for an oil sensor light and the smell of oil. It was in the shop for five days then and **** told our salesman that it was just some oil on the engine. ??? Now **** can't pull up the service records on this car but did say that he spent $3,000 on this car before he sold it to **. He did not disclose that to ** before we bought it and it was not on the carfax report or we would not have bought it. We feel lied to, cheated and defrauded about this car. The worst part is that we don't trust Lafontaine to fix it correctly or tell ** the truth and our 20 year old daughter is the primary driver of this car. Still no car but the first payment is due. Now what?
