We began leasing 62 months ago (8/3/2018) and we have one month left on our 63 month lease (11/22/23).The Church Administrator sent an email to Millennium on December 1, 2022 that we do not want lease to renew at the end of the lease. This was more than the 150 days the contract required as we wanted them to budget accordingly that we would no longer be their customer at the end of the lease.****** sent a hard letter on March 15,2023. Stating the same because it appears they wanted a letter not an email.Today (10/25/23) the Church Administrator was called by ****, and an email was sent: "... per your agreement the letter of intent needs to be sent and received ****** days prior to the expiration of the lease. The window would have been between 6/23/23-8/23/23 to not have the auto-renewal clause kick in." Therefore, we have been notified that the lease will autorenew for another year. I called the President and left a voice message. I got a call back few minutes later from someone beneath her, *******.He neither acknowledged nor denied getting our correspondence. Instead says: "You have to give notice between ****** days before the contact expires. Any ******* or later we dont know to look for your letter and we dismiss any notifications before or after that timeframe. They are auto renewing the lease.
