In **** I purchased a gift for a family member from NRA Store. This was a one time purchase and I have no further interest in their products. Unfortunately, NRA Store decided to add me to their catalog mailing list without asking me or getting my consent. As a result, in the first 6 months of **** they sent ** catalogs or nearly one per week. I called repeatedly requesting they remove me from the mailing list and their customer service person stated "it would be taken care of". Between July and mid November I didn't receive anything and I thought they had finally complied with the simple removal request, however on ** ******** they sent a Holiday Gift Guide. I do not celebrate holidays, and so not only was this mailing offensive but it also proves that they flat out lied about removing me from their mailing list. I am desperately requesting assistance in conveying to NRA Store to please immediately and permanently remove my name and address from their mailing lists and cease and desist sending mail to me. I am not interested in their products or services. It was a one time purpose and once that transaction was completed I did no ever want to hear from them again. My direct call in requests have been ignored so therefore I am requesting the BBB please assist with forwarding this simple mailing list removal request to NRA Store for action on their part and I would appreciate a confirmation reply that the request was honored.
