      Hello,

       

      The item this customer ordered is a drop ship item. Our vendor sent this to our warehouse in error. We cannot refund this customer because they filed a dispute with ******* Everything has to go through the dispute. Our customer service also spoke with this customer on the phone numerous times, letting them know this.

      Bought a ****** auto spray gun from them and the package arrived on time and not damaged. By the time my piece got ready to shoot it had ALMOST been 2 months. Set the gun up and the fan looked pretty decent. Went horizontal when I went to shoot the hood and it started blowing bigger paint droplets, thus ruining that coat and making me sand. Called about 5 times and finally got someone and they ok'd the return and even sent the shipping label. They have now had their gun returned for over ********************************************************************************** I have had to call no less than 15 times the past 3 days and I STILL don't have an answer or even anyone that seems to care. I have filed a dispute my bank and they said they would take care of it. They could have sent an email saying they wouldn't accept the return or it will be a few more days to process but NOTHING. Shady business IMO. I have all of the documentation that I need if they want to dispute me

      The issue here is that you were outside of our generous 60 days return window and the item was used. This turned into a situation where you would need to get the manufacturer to warranty the product.

      In any case, we are here to help. I just issued a full refund to you. We will send you a prepaid label right now to return the defective product.

      It may take 2-5 business days for the credit card refund to appear on your end.

      I purchased a diagnostics tool from JB tools in early January upon receiving the item which was over $4000 it was found that it is an expired subscription and would not work for what I needed that for because of because of this I contacted them they accepted the return I sent it to them and they kept $1000 out of it for me to find out that it was an expired unis an expired unit and are not wanting to refund the rest of the moneyI purchased a diagnostics tool from JB tools in early January upon receiving the item which was over $4000 it was found that it is an expired subscription and would not work for what I needed that for because of because of this I contacted them they accepted the return I sent it to them and they kept $1000 out of it for me to find out that it was an expired unis an expired unit and are not wanting to refund the rest of the money The unit explicitly States that the version sold at time of sale shall prevail There was no agreement on my end for them to keep a $1000 So I either need the unit back with the current subscription as advertised and guaranteed Or I need the $1000 because I'm not going to pay to get the wrong unit when they guarantee that if they send you the wrong unit you get a 100% refund

      This high end diagnostic tool was opened and used, and returned to us. After review and analysis on this machine, there is nothing wrong with the product. Per our return policy, used diagnostic products are one of the only things that are subject to a restock fee, based on the condition of the item, if it is not defective:

      This product was registered to the person's name on this order as well.

      I also see correspondence that our team made you aware of the restock fee prior to the return.

      There is a payment dispute here, and we will address this issue there. The refund issued to you is in line with the value of the product, and in line with our returns policy.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

      No that is incorrect the tool is expired and there was no talk of a restocking fee and they're certainly was no talk of $1,000 restocking fee there was talk of I didn't want to spend an extra $1,000 to make this tool Work that's why I was going to return it and purchase the other tool from them so it would work for all needed functions the bottom line is the tool was sold with the expired subscription and therefore not legal to be sold as such they are supposed to be sold with the current subscription valid the tool was opened and until you attempt to register it you will not know it it's expired I explained that to them through communication along with my concern with the expire subscription explained the functions that I needed which this machine had the ability to do but would require an entire another subscription as well as an entire another tool to purchase with this to make it work for the functions that I need but the bottom line is they're not about to sell the tools with expired subscriptions.

      I ordered 54 quarts of oil from JB TOOLS on 01/30/2022. I immediately paid with my credit card. On 2/7/22 I received ONLY 6 quarts of oil. I checked the tracking number and it shows that the order was cancelled by JB TOOLS. I called JB TOOLS NUMEROUS times and EVEN LEFT PHONE MESSAGES with absolutely NO RETURN CALL NOR RESPONSE BACK. In fact I called 11 different times and EACH TIME only got a voice mail. I then EMAILED 3 TIMES AND STILL NO REPLY BACK!! I want to know where my complete order is and an EXACT date that it will be delivered. JB TOOLS was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL by ignoring my calls, voice mails, and emails asking for assistance. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM JB TOOLS as they are VERY DISHONEST!

      This seller sold me a regulator on Amazon. The regulator has been recalled. I contacted the seller about the issue. The seller informed me to contact the manufacturer. I have tried to contact the manufacturer and have been ignored. It seems that Amazon, the seller, and the manufacturer are just passing around the blame on this faulty product that they sold and don't want to take ownership for a product that might cause a fire. This is really poor customer service and wrong that a business would sell products that might cause a fire and not stand behind making it right.

And went to assemble it last weekend and its missing all sorts of parts.HD-Series part Y471105-9 all four wheels..Y471105-15 one opposite big ******** 2 more Axostyle part are just the few parts that were missing it is useless and I am just being ignored by this company need help.
