      Pet Supplies Website doesn't work, very glitchy, with all of my apple products such as iPad and iphones, IOS is up-to-date. This has been an on-going issues for over 3 years. Cannot access my cart today. Took hours to access my rewards which is typical. I cannot place online orders easily unless i have 12 hours or more to work through the glitches. This is unacceptable in today's world. I have filed many complaint on this as has the *******************, MI store for me. Can never access my rewards timely.at the stores either. I have tried every browser imaginable, WiFi or digitally. Time to stop discriminating against apple users!

      My dog was injured by their groomer. She covered up the head laceration by tying his long hair up over it. She didnt inform me. I took my dog to urgent once I discovered this.

      On weekend of 10-01-2023 this business offered a 20% off everything in the store. My wife insisted on visit and going out of the way to use this location in *************, *******. She wanted dog treats valued at 45 bucks before sale. That would mean 9 bucks off based upon sale. Not a great sale, but she also had earned a 10 dollar reward based upon past purchases and her reward clearly noted it could be used with other offers. I reluctantly agreed versus simply using the Pet place on our corner that easily matches outside competitor offers and wants to earn the sale and future business.We take purchase to register and cashier immediately sales no. We ask for manager and ****** this is false advertising. The lady manager working this Sunday at 2pm came up and immediately offered they were a franchise and their owner is not accepting rewards during the weekend sale. We reminded her nicely that as a franchise they have certain requirements to meet and rewards is a corporate program. She said nope and owner will not accept. So we left without any purchase due to their poor business practices. The local pet stores, Petco and Petsmart are both happy to meet the 20% off deal and offer rewards programs also.

      The reason for closure is bogus and clearly the BBB officer did not properly read the resolution.

      We have requested that our rewards account, which was previously earned thru our purchases, and then we will have no future dealing with company.  We are not asking that they be closed, as they will do that with their own poor service model long term.   Frankly the BBB should be better versed to read properly and understand the consumers request slowly and properly.

      My cat was unwell from the cat food sold at Pet Supplies Plus ****************. ***** the supervisor under ***** told me I could not get refund as I might be scamming them, which was very offensive as I told her my cat was unwell from the wellness food. They have scammed me when I was there a time before, making me pay for a damaged can that I told them should be taken off the shelf, taking/using *********, causing me great inconveniences and many other instances of unfair treatment, by managers, employees, and others.

      The company offers a reward of 1 free bag of food if 12 bags were purchased within a year. The stores do not keep up with inventory causing delays in purchases. Reaching the 12 bags becomes difficult even when theres a special order placed. I have tried reaching customer service about the lack of inventory to meet the requirements. **************** will not return my emails and voicemails. several weeks have past since the first attempt to resolve the issue.
