I'm writing in complaint of this business they all are basically one-sided Tynisha the lady who's over the tenant and rent collections she's janky she adds lies/false monies to your account she doesn't keep correct numbers o. Thr rent amounts and she Pockets the money. This place is really really janky so you should not rent from them and when you try to get information no one answers no one reaches out to you even the office manager is in on it they charge you for miscellaneous charges that's not in your lease and it's nothing that you can do about it especially if you're in the situation that I'm in so if at all possible stay away from this place because all they do is take your money and lie about it and try to keep you from moving out. And then when you try to get some type of communication the office manager doesn't take your calls or anything this company janky and I just really want to be done with itBusiness response

The tenant had a very large balance due on her rental account for several years. There were also charges on her account for damages to the home caused by the tenant. Other than that, it looks like the charges to her account (other than rent charges) were for late fees. Therefore there would be no removing of these "miscellaneous charges". The tenant finally paid off the entire balance due yesterday so that she would not loose her section 8 voucher.
Regarding Tynisha being "janky" and "pockets the money", this is absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea what she is referring to. Every payment that is received from either a tenant or section 8 is immediately logged into their ledger.
We did not try to keep her from moving out, quite the opposite actually. There was a section 8 annual inspection 1 year ago (which passed after repairs) and then another very recently with an almost $9000 quote to make repairs. At that point the owner decided to have us terminate her tenancy as she was clearly not taking care of the property. With the exception of a few things such as a basement floor that needed painting and worn carpet, it appears that the majority of these new failed inspection items were likely caused by the tenant.
I'm the office Manager & the only time I can see that I missed or did not take her call was yesterday when she was asking about her lease ledger and I asked the person that answered the call to have her talk to tenant accounts since her question was regarding her past due balance.Customer response
