This auto place honestly is the worst auto shop i have ever dealt with.I have only had my car 5 months and i have had nothing but transmission problems.I have had my transmission worked on a total of 3 times and still no satisfaction.The owner of the auto shop is very disrespectful and very unprofessional.He dont listen i explain to him multiple times that my transmission has been replaced 3 different times since i purchased the car back in February.He wasn't worried about that he was more worried about everything else on my car.He kept wanting to discuss that my car has a small coolant and oil leak.Like i tried to explain to him multiple times.The color on the ground is red not green and that transmission fluid is red not green.Oil is gold brown or black not red.He didn't want to hear that.So i expanded my voice since i wasnt being heard and started cussing this man out due to the fact that he kept trynna tell me cars are going to have problems like i dont know that or as if I'm uneducated.Then he went from standing at an angle with me to standing directly in front of me.So i expanded my voice more to let him know that i wasn't okay with him standing that close to me.Then he wanted to try to play dumb when i yelled at him to get out my face.Like i explained to him multiple times you are a man stepping to a women get out my face.Then he wanted to direct one of the workers to call the cops on me since i wouldn't lower my tone with him.Review from Denae S

I bought a vehicle from them in November 2023. After the first few days of having the car, I had trouble accelerating and the vehicle would shake terribly. I called Rightway to have it fixed and they sent me to a car shop they are in partnership with. After having the car all day, I was told nothing was wrong with the car. I drove the car around the corner with one of the mechanics and was still told nothing was wrong with the car, even though the mechanic saw it shaking and witnessed problems with the acceleration. In the 8 months I have had the car I have had to take it to several shops on numerous occasions. There are several lights on, on the dashboard and several codes come up when I have taken it to the shop. When I contacted Rightway about these problems I was told that they did not want anything to do with the vehicle and did not offer to fix the problem even when the car was still under warranty. The car shakes violently, does not start most of the time, cuts off after putting gas in it, the air conditioning has stopped working, and the windshield wiper fluid no longer comes out. Rightway knows that they are selling lemons, and they could care less. They target people who has less than perfect credit. Please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.Review from Jolene C

After purchasing a 2017 Dodge Durango in October of 2022 I've had nothing but problems with the lights. Rightway has tried to fix the problem but when the lights went out the 4th time I asked to talk to the manager. He informed me very rudely that they have stuck enough money into the vehicle and we're not sticking anymore into it. I bought GAP protection and an extended warranty. The vehicle was gone 2 months and when I got it back shortly thereafter it has done the same thing. The extended warranty does Not cover electrical issues so what good is it?? I'm sure this vehicle has had the same issues before I bought it. Rightway just didn't tell me about them. This was the worst purchase of a vehicle I ever made. After almost 2 years I still owe $31,000 on it. I believe it was over priced when I bought it. I can't trade it in because I'm $15,000 upside down in it. So it sits because the lights work sporadically. I pay $789 a month for something I can't drive. I've made appointments to take it in but the lights have to not be working. I've been pulled over because the lights aren't working. I'm very unhappy with the vehicle and how Rightway has treated me. I was 65 when I bought the vehicle and on social security. This is how Rightway treats the elderly. They have no remorse for selling me a piece of c*** vehicle. After purchasing my vehicle from Rightway Automotive Credit in 2023, I have had issues with it. I have had it in 2 different mechanic shops, and my father is a master mechanic. Several lights have been on the gauge cluster including ABS, Traction Control, and Information light. I purchased my vehicle from Rightway Automotive (2015 For Escape Titanium 2.0L AWD) in 2023. I feel that they have failed to disclose as a dealership any issues that the vehicle has or has had with me. I have missed work days, and am thousands of dollars in debt due to repairs to get it at least driveable and safe only for the SAME lights/issues to continue. My purchased vehicle once again has to go back to the same shop to get repairs done and is going to cost me an arm and a leg. Due to all of these issues, stress, anxiety, and financial debt that it has caused me in the last year, I have taken it upon myself to pull out all of the purchase paperwork, contact the dealership and my financing company to see if there is a way to take care of these reoccurring issues. Rigthway Automotive refuses to take care of me as a customer and refuses to help resolve the situation. If there were any prior issues with the vehicle Rightway Automotive did not disclose any of the information with me nor are they willing to work with me to get the issues solved. They actually would rather "beat around the ****" so to say. I have now taken it upon myself to contact an attorney to start a civil litigation case against them due to their lack of care, safety, and concern for my vehicle. Not only is this my only source of transportation to and from work, doctors, family, etc there are 2 little boys (ages 10 and 7) that have to ride in this vehicle (if it's working). Yes, I should have read reviews and done my research in regards to Rightway Automotive, but they shouldn't take advantage of a human being's vulnerability either. I traded in my car and 400$ cash they got me into a Buick regal that was a total pile of c*** the first day I had it it was overheating so they took it to the shop to be fixed I get it back and the breaks need fixed so I send it back in and when I go to pick it up for the third time it started flashing the check engine light these guys are crooks and will try to sell you a pile of s*** I recommend NO ONE GO HERE FOR FINANCING its the worst place ever they are shady scam artistsReview from Kendall W.

Horrible! Literally sold me a car with a messed up transmission now I have to wait a whole month for my car to MAYBE get fixed mean while I’m still paying a car note for a car I can’t even drive when I call the store it’s nothing but a GAME being played one person says they will get me a loaner car the next says they can’t do anything the manager refuses to even get on the phone! So unprofessional it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with in my life since the first day I walked into this companyReview from Stephanie M

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! Bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 not even a week ago, parked it last night went to go leave an hour later and truck will not start. Doesnt turn over NOTHING!! Called them immediately when they opened and was told we touched something to throw it into anti theft lock mode!!! They blamed it all on us!!! We recommended lots of people to go there because they were so nice and helpful!! So nice and helpful to get their money, after that they could care less!!!Review from Kris H

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Purchased a $14K vehicle on 2/9. Next day engine light came on with four codes.Spent all day that Monday at the dealership for them to have a random mechanic "fix" it. I left twice in the same day with the vehicle for the light to come on within 15 miles on the highway. We then had it for two days and the brakes began grinding. The following day there was a loud pop while driving on the highway and we lost steering and engine power.... They have now had it since the 20th and we have received little no update. I`ve been told it is getting a "second look" multiple times after things should have been fixed. Both ******** and **** lied to my face about the timing chain being replaced as well.They still have our vehicle and will not return a text regarding the status of it at this point. The GM`s response was "well, we had to work hard to get you financed". That is your job..................... Don`t try to hold it over our head that you did your job selling a car. (a s***** one at that)I debated on not posting this with fear of retaliation or further extended waiting on our vehicle. But the frustration of having a payment due in 10 days for a vehicle we have driven for three out of the twenty days is worth this review until it is made right.Review from Jeanette C

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My son is making his first major purchase and hes 19 years old! It should have been a good experience for him but its been hell! They are accusing him of making fake paycheck stubs after I sent the **2 form as well. I even sent them a video of his paystubs from his employers app! The communication between my son, myself, and whom ever is asking for these documents is very unprofessional! I want my sons money back and **** can take this piece of c*** back! He hasnt even had it for 30 days yet, it was stolen before he got it and you can clearly tell! The cover to the ignition where the keys go is gone, it has rust (crazy for a 2015) and it cuts off while driving it! No it isnt one of those new cars that do that at the light, I will be contacting a lawyer about this unless we get his money back!
