      I brought my 2012 jeep Liberty to AHA auto early October 2023 because the heat stopped working. I was told it was repaired and paid about $400. It was not fixed so I brought it back on October 23. They had my vehicle for TWELVE weeks, did not communicate with me at all. Any updates I got were because I called. I was repeatedly told yes they can fix it. They also moved locations during this repair and left my jeep at their previous location because I was told its done. My mom went to check on it and found it UNLOCKED and unattended. They said sorry and didnt have a good reason why. Upon this pick up it was STILL not repaired and I paid 1700$ more. I dropped it off a third time, and after two more weeks the heat is finally fixed but now all of the buttons on my steering wheel no longer worked. ALL worked prior to these repairs.

      I went to AHA in April 2022 and asked for a oil change and full car inspection. I paid over the phone and picked up my car after hours and did not get a chance to ask about the results of the inspection. When I paid I was told that I would be contacted later with the results. I called every week for 6 weeks and was told someone would call me back. I still have not heard back and never got the results from my inspection.

      Auto repair business gave estimate for labor of $88 to do brakes and $120 for wheel bearing. They did the brakes then charged me $120 for labor and $45 Inspection fee when it was supposed to be waived. On top of that tried to get me to pay more labor for wheel bearing than the original estimate. When I tried to pay for the brakes and leave employ berated me and told me I had to answer his questions before he would let me pay and leave.

      We do not wave inspection fees the customer was informed multiple times about that also the customer asked if he could bring his own parts when he got the wrong parts for us to install he didn't respond to our phone calls or text trying to get approval for the extra expense of getting the correct parts so we only repaired the brakes that we had approval on. There will not be a refund on this matter at all and the customer is no longer allowed on our property as well as the police will be called if he comes on our property again. He was mad that we couldn't do his repair on the wheel bearing because he didn't get back with us in time and he called my service writer a "Faggot" and tried to leave without payment. we have records of phone calls trying to get ahold of him on this matter so the charge for services are correct and will not be refunded.
