There was storm damage done to our Cottage in ******* ** in September, 2021. We called Superior Exteriors to review our roof to determine the extent of the damage before we could file a claim with insurance. They charged a $50 fee to come out, which they did - took pictures - made the claim there was damage, said they would get back with a quote within a couple of days and after multiple attempts by US to obtain the information, they never provided anything nor a phone call back.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:There has been ZERO attempts made to us to resolve this issue. They have continued to advertise within our area which indicates they are soliciting business yet not completing previous business. They owe ** a refund of $50.

Prior to our previous email, we reached out to a phone number that was listed in our system and left a voicemail. After receiving notice that our response was rejected, we reached out to the number listed on the complaint. We were able to talk with **************** and offer her a refund of $50 along with a heartfelt apology on the way that her inquiry had been handled by previous management. We were able to go meet her, face-to-face and after the two interactions we feel that we have done our due diligence to remedy this situation. **************** has been wonderful to work with through this and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of this.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The General Manager and his representative were very sincere in their apology and resolution. The management of the company appears to be back on track and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future.
