***** is now scamming people by selling Bengal cats called ,Sit on the throne bengals. She took $500 from me and said she would give it back, but did not and gave me every excuse possible. ***** tried to sell me the incorrect cat, but I caught on and decided to not get the cat and she said she would refund me for several weeks. She is a scam artist, warn people to stay away from that so called cattery that is not TICA certified.Review from Neil e

Constantly makes excuses. Takes the deposit, extremely delayed on responses, constantly makes excuses to reschedule, and doesnt even show up when the reschedule has been agreed too Worst company everReview from Karl K

If all the other bad reviews aren't enough to turn you away from attempting to do business with ***** and Dietz fence company then maybe my review will help turn your towards better and more upstanding companies. ***** doesn't seem to be picky when it comes to how much money she is willing to take from people. I am at a loss of just $100 which was my deposit for a $475 job to install just 12 feet of chainlink fence. ***** seems to always have an excuse if you read all the other bad reviews she has brought to her companies name. I am yet to hear a single excuse because she hasn't answered a single phone call from me over the last 2 months. Deposit has been paid, no fence has been installed and no contact has been made between us no matter how many times I try. If I could leave a negative review I would. Since my deposit was such a small amount I just have to cut my losses and let her win this one I guess.Review from Ev C

I can't even believe they are even in business. Took my $1400 deposit for a year and then ghosted me on and off with regular excuses in between me finally getting a hold of them. Zero communication on their end and the only time I got an update is when I called several times. They lost my estimate and had to come back after a few months to do it again. Then there was "supply chain issues" for months. Then the wood for my fence was received but it was "damaged". Then there were health issues, staffing issues, and several other that i honestly cant even remember. Just always an excuse, but never a fence. Their phone legit was out of service at points which was a little concerning for a customer who had given a deposit to the **********************. I truly thought I had been robbed but after about a year, I started to ****** them relentlessly and finally *****************, the owner, to agree to process my refund. She only wanted to do a refund on my credit card (in hindsight, it bought her more time) and claimed to have done it but after like a month I knew thay it was not on its way and started to threaten to dispute the charge with my credit card company and that got her attention. Finally, I got her to agree to a check and the nightmare was over. She lied up until the end though and played the victim like a pro. I genuinely think that she felt as if she had done nothing wrong and its no surprise to see that I was just one of the deposits that she had taken and ran. Robbing ***** to pay ****, I guess. I see many other similar stories in these reviews and if you ****** them you'll see she is being sued by people with similar complaints. I am glad to see that all the taking advantage of people has caught up with them but do not make the same mistake as all of us did. I hope they get shut down so that noone else has to go through the Dietz Fence experience.Review from John Z

They stole my money, plain and simple, Purchased a fence in March 2022 with a promise install date of 8 weeks later. Got the run around all summer long with tails of supply issues and empty promises. I demanded my $1700 deposit back in September and like magic they quit answering their phone and mailbox is full. Im sure Im not the only one they stole money from. I hear they are breeding rare dogs now with their stolen money, as Im sure Im not their only customer who was robbed. Im not sure if I should file a police report before getting an attorney.Review from Angela C

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!I I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST. I have also been given the runaround by *****. I paid an extra $500 for a rush job that of course never happened. I now no longer need the fence. I explained to her that my situation was urgent. I am living temporarily with my parents who do not have a fence. We needed a fence in order to keep my two dogs comfortable while we bought a house in ********?. We have had to make other arrangements to accommodate the situation. ?My poor dogs!!!! It has been incredibly stressful on everyone. I am now closing on a new house and have already contracted a new fence company that is TRULY professional. We got screwed out of $2100. I filed a dispute with my bank who told me its unlikely they are able to do anything because it is a merchant dispute and not fraud though it feels like THIEFT and obviously the merchant is not cooperating. *** hired an attorney who has sent a courtesy notice before we start legal action. I have been 36 days in the lurch in a terrible situation, all because ***** promised me that she would get me a fence within a two weeks of 9/13/22 which wouldve made this situation an absolute joy. I would have never agreed to this contract if I hadnt been promised the short turnaround date. I paid the extra $500 rush fee!!! ??I feel like all that was done was my deposit was stolen and Ive gotten nothing but excuses from her. I had one conversation with her where she begged me to hang in there and that she would of course get my job done understanding how important it was. ********. ********. She now does not answer texts or phone calls and I have been left not only with egg on my face. ???I am FURIOUS.Review from DT T

********************************* owns Dietz ******************************* Fence (prev owned by her dad- *******************************.) recently countless reports of paying customers detailing their experiences are surfacing all over the internet regarding both of these businesses ***** appears to be attempting to avoid the massive amount of backlash by simply erasing anything online relative to Dietz while continuing business as Family Fence. Several customers have had to file suit against both entities, ***** has referred to Family Fence publicly as dishonorable yet owns it- she has also acknowledged several times in a written statement as well that her dad stole our money, and she even takes credit for getting our funds back to us; which we still have NEVER gotten back.. even though she owns the business! Also- she owned it at the time we were robbed as well, so only she could have denied our dispute (which is being investigated) at which point she knowingly had us sign a second contract thru Dietz, took MORE of our money. Did a sham job. Then cost us thousands in property damage/repairs/stolen material & several wasted months. If she would stop deleting countless reviews people wouldnt be so outraged if they were able to tell their experiences which are not to be contested; every word Ive spoken here Ive proven several times & will do the same in court. WHY is Dietz still accredited with the BBB? This experience has made me question the ******************** of ****** & the BBB, I know of over a dozen individuals w/ provable experiences of fraud, theft, mistreatment, unprofessionalism, building code violations that reported to BBB/filed suit this season alone. The total number over the yrs must be enormous. A vigilant investigation should be launched into both entities, & more specifically, ***** Dietz after the harassing/intimidating/threatening manner in which she has targeted several customers for speaking out publicly. Those antics wont work on us, we'll continue within our right to warn others.
