      I purchased my mini split around 2 years ago It never passed inspection They came one time and it failed again and and randazzo never came back out It has not been running correctly I have to turn it on and off constantly. All winter long I went freezing in my bedroom because when I called them to let them know the system still was not working I was told it would cost me $200 for them to come out. I made a total of four appointments they never showed up. Now it's summer again I turn it on to run on the lowest setting and now it smells like fire and again they're saying oh you're warranty expired No it did not No one ever came out to check from the very first beginning I've been having this faulty running system since the beginning. I have a 10-year warranty but I can't even get them to come back and check what they never checked from day one without the representative arguing with me I'm tired. When I call randazzo I am told that it's up to the mechanics discretion of how much to charge me so I've been sitting here in heat without a system when I turn it on it smells like fires burning yet I can't talk to manager. I just shouldn't be charged for something they never did correctly from the beginning and they know it. I was told randazzo's stick behind their work but absolutely do not!!! I am beyond upset because now I have to find another company to come and see what they did wrong and possibly reinstall it because they never fixed their problem from the start. It's been 2 years and I'm still getting the runaround. This is absurd Please do not use them!!! They will rip you off and give you a burned out piece of garbage Don't do it please. You will end up using fans for the summer and space heaters for the winter They sell you garbage. I've been using it a little at a time on the lowest settings but it is obvious it's gone. I'm crying. This hurts.

      I have never written a poor review but we had bad go to worse with this company. Our air conditioning unit broke at the end of the summer. We did some research and decided to go with randazzo. I have never worked with such a horrible company. First, one of their people fell in our attic and kicked a hole in our bathroom ceiling. Totally get that accidents happen but they didnt repair it or give us money back. Instead they had one of their guys patch our plaster ceiling with spackling and tell us we could paint but theyd pay for a can of paint which they never did. After spending ****** dollars, youd think theyd hire a professional to fix their own damage.Next up we lost electricity in three of the rooms on our second floor after the install. We had no electricity for 2 weeks. I called and they sent someone out eventually for which I had to take off more work. No remedy. We had someone come twice more to resolve that. During those fixes they cut an extra hole in our bathroom wall and left us with a mess (see photo). The light switch cover no longer fits over the damaged hole and they cut a second hole without even asking.It gets worse. We had them install a smart thermostat for our heating and cooling while they were here for the initial install. A month after the install, it got chilly so we turned on our heat using the new thermostat. It didnt work. Our heat wouldnt go on. They couldnt come all day so we waited until the evening. The guy never showed. So we had no heat in 30 degrees with a baby. The next day they came and were able to fix that. I asked about the damage to our ceiling, light switch, wall and the 9 TIMES I had to stay home from work for them to come. They gave us no money back nor were empathetic.I would not recommend this company nor would I ever use them even in an emergency. *** the install manager was nice on the phone but ultimately did nothing to resolve their many and costly issues.0/10.

      Air conditioner & new furnace installed 5 years ago, having trouble with the air repairman came out its a **** & said there was a leak in a coil, wanted $1,000 to perform tests. I did not want to pay $1,000 for tests & then thier labor on top of it. I will put that money into a brand new unit but I will not be using RANDAZZO that is for sure

      Randazzo has reached out to review this customer's concern, including offering a discounted price for the work proposed. This system was installed 7-years ago with no record of service or maintenance. We and the manufacturer encourage all homeowners to schedule yearly maintenance to mitigate expensive repairs.

      We bought a mini-split system in spring 2023 and they did the install well, but my wife didn't like the looks of the line-hides in the back or the larger unit on our main floor. They were kind enough to come back two weeks later and uninstall the larger unit and the line-hides. Fantastic customer support, pricing, and workmanship.

      I bought a ********** mini-split system from Randazzo in 2016. For the most part it has performed nearly flawlessly, I did have a couple minor issues they addressed promptly in 2020 and then again this year. At this point enough time had elapsed that it could be determined that what had initially appeared to be a wear issue was actually a materials defect from a sub-supplier going back to the original installation which was well out of warranty by now. Rather than patch a fix doomed to fail in the future Randazzo sent a crew for an entire day and replaced the defective materials and my AC is as good as new at no cost Can't say enough good things about ******* *********** manager and **** the technician that made this happen, it's rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this I highly recommend Randazzo

      Had a furnace and air conditioning unit installed January of 2019. Theyve had to come back the beginning of every summer to recharge the air with refrigerant and try to find a leak. This year (2022) is no different except now the service warranty is done and I have to pay 95 dollars per visit for something they havent been able to fix for four service appointments now and one more scheduled for June 30th to try to find a die stain showing the leak! Thatll be 5 days missed from work at 300 dollars a day and 200 dollars in service fees! **** dollars lost for a lousy install and furnace that cost ***** dollars! 3.5 years old, Id have been better keeping the 21 year old unit that was working fine!

      My Review is zero Stars. I had an appointment to have Randazzo install a Furnace on 4/11/2022. The one guy got out of the van and was smoking what looked like a cigarette in my driveway before coming to the door. The two guys came in with no masks and I immediately smelled the cigarette. It was raining and both guys entered the house with muddy shoes and then proceeded to look at the job to see what they needed to do. They apparently did not like the look of the job because I heard muttering of moans and complaining. They looked outside at the vents and realized this was going to be a bigger job then expected because the vents were too small. They both then came back in and tracked mud though out all my wooden floors of the house some more. The man who drove the Randazzo van by himself then proceed to talk. he said there is big problem which will make them have to reschedule. I asked what that was. He stated that he was sensitive to cat smells and my house stunk and he couldnt do the job. I coudn't believe my ears. We keep a very clean house and yes we have cats which use the litter box. The litter boxes are cleaned regularly. I have people at my house on a regular basis and have plenty of witnesses to testify about this. What poor customer service. I told them to get the h*** out of my house. I received not one apology or call from anyone at Randazzo. They will not get my business. I am the one that shold've complained about the smell, rudeness and filth they left on my floor. I beleive they were lazy, didn't want to do the work, so proceeded to slander me in order to get of the job.

      Randazzos policy is to not put their team members in a situation where there is a concern regarding health and safety. Although we stand behind the reason, the team members involved have been coached on how to handle situations like this moving forward, in a professional manner.Upon receipt of the review, the customer was reached out to by Sr ********** to discuss what happened in the home on Monday 4/11/2022. An apology was given, the manager offered to come out to the customers home to meet him and discuss how the installation would go if given the opportunity to be his installing contactor. The manager also apologized for the way the situation made the customer feel and that ********************** is deeply sorry. The customer thanked our Sr. ******* for reaching out and for his sentiments.

      Although the apology seemed sincere on the phone and I accepted it, I am still insulted by this reply. There was no ounce of a hazardous situation in my home. The only thing that stunk was the employees work ethic. The cigarette he stuck under his nose didn't smell?

      Randazzo has sent a few techs out to service my old furnance and installed the new furnace with the iComfort 30 Thermostat. These men were rude, unprofessional and uncaring. One technician borrowed some lubricating oil from me and the next day I noticed the computer that was next to the thermostat had a lot of oil squirted all over it where the ink cartridges move back and forth. It isn't useable now. Spoke with one of the receptionist and she gave me a hard time about one of the Techs coming out to service the furnace because she thought it had been tampered with by thieves. I told her someone tried to steal it but ran when I came to the window. From day one the furnace gave off some kind of sodium fumes that ***** my eyes and nostrils. Now there is sodium tasting residue leaking from the ducts. I tasted it and it taste like salt. I don't trust them and will not call them back.
