    In April 2019, BBB investigated Mgramcases’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a pattern of complaints, surrounding failed delivery of products purchased. BBB attempted to reach out to the company via email and telephone. After multiple requests to the business for further information on noted issues, the company failed to respond to BBB. Based on the non-response received, this company may no longer be in business.       I ordered 8 cases in Feb. 2020. I have emailed the company numerous times and keep getting the same message that due to covid, they are running behind. There has been at least once or twice I heard nothing back. My order total was approximately $57. I want my money back.

      I have been reaching out to them for over a year now trying to get reimbursed the money I paid for phone cases. I never get a response.....money was withdrawn from my account and no product was received.

      I ordered 3 cases from this company back in April of 2020 and I have tried emailing them several times about receiving a refund because I was never sent my cases.

      I ordered a cell phone case Nov 2, 2021 plus was to get a $100 gift credit for more cases. I've contacted them several times at this email given: ********************************** I paid $39 which is horrendous but had a new phone and thought for 3 cases that price was not bad. (The site also said RUSH delivery). The first time I contacted them they blamed covid. I waited. Contacted again. And again. No response. I just want my money refunded and people to know this company is a fraud.

      I previously placed an order with mgramcases on 8-22-20. It took a while but I did receive my order and it was correct. I placed another order on 4-23-21 for $39 and the funds were taken out of my account. However, I never received my order. I have sent multiple emails requesting order status and received replies at first stating shipments were delayed due to Covid. Now there is no response.

      I purchased phone cases back in September 2021 and I have yet to receive. I have attempted multiple times to contact the seller with only automated responses a couple of times the rest got no response.

      I ordered 12 cases a total of $80 back in may 2020 from mgramcases. I expected delivery to be a little longer than usual due to the global circumstances. After three months I decided to email. I never received a response. After another month I emailed again. Still no response. After the third time I emailed which was 9 months after ordering this product/s I received a response saying wait times and deliveries can be longer than expected. So I replied back asking how long it can take. They 3-7 business days to ship the order. So Im not sure if they meant 3-7 months or years. Ive asked for them to just simply remake my order which they said they would do and have it shipped but its been over a year and a half now and I still have yet to receive my cases. Ive asked for a refund and they said they cant do that. Theres no number to call and no real resolution. You have to email three times just to get one response and then you get ignored again.

      I ordered 3 phone cases in 10/2020 for Christmas gifts. its been almost a year and no refund or product. I repeatedly get the automated message that i will be contacted in 24 hr-48 hr and i never am contacted. i was told it would be a day or so later due to COVID, but its been a year and i haven't received product or a refund.
