March 10 2022 I purchased a 2013 ***** crv with ******* miles for ********* also with service contract total amount *********.. I complained bouncing tire and a blinking drive symbol on dash a HR after the purchase was final ..Took to ***************** auto they cleared the code said if acts up again bring it on in .march 21 brought in they assured me I need a alternator replacement was covered by warranty they advised me the steering rack may need attention they replaced alternator but still charged me ****** which was all supposed to be covered by PWI warranty they took advantage of me then said they didn't have time for me cause ***************** boss was comi g back from vegas..i contacted a different mechanic on April 5 2022 for leaking substance and the shaking I had told Parkdale Auto of before I even agreed..**** service tech said Radiator was busted completely and the steering rack and pinning was completely shot plus both front tire rods he said I should not drive it..I contacted Filer asked them to help me they advised me to have Parkdale Auto take back veichle.. I then contacted **** Parkdale Auto he told me I had done all this to the veichle because the roads are terrible in town and what was I crying about I have a nice warranty.. I live 2 minutes from work I. A single mom 3 kids I took a risk having a car payment and I was scammed and taken advantage of. Now I'm sitting on May 5th no veichle it's at auto service center the driver symbol I mentioned in the beging is Transmission failure I'm awaiting the outcome I will have to make another car payment may 10 only been 2 months ..please help me to have them buy this veichle back and stop them from scamming others..Business response

After looking into this complaint there are numerous details that have been left out. We always recommend a warranty be purchased with a used vehicle. Especially on a vehicle that is 9 years old with over ******* miles. *** customer had to pay the $293.00 because they requested additional work that was not covered under warranty. Our notes show this was made up of her deductible, sales tax and labor to put in a battery the customer provided. She requested the battery be put in even though the battery in the *** test in good condition. *** ************ she is talking about never cover ALL costs. ***re is always a $100 deductible and it does not cover sales tax. We would be more than happy to look into any current issues to determine if they are covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, the customer has not brought the vehicle back since her last visit on 3/21/22. Please set up an appointment so we can help get this resolved.Best RegardsTeam Parkdale
