I worked for Real Life living services for about a month. During this time my daughter caught mono, and I had to miss some time. I called ******* the supervisor at the time and told her and asked what I should do, she said to stay home. I got a doctors note for every single day that I missed. I only missed work due to my kids being sick. I was also told not to go back to work until my household was 24 hour fever free, then the next day they fired me. When I requested I talk to *** the boss, they denied me. ******* said I couldnt get his number. She said they could fire me for anything they felt fit even though I had doctors notes, due to missing more than 1 day a month, even though she missed multiple days as well. During my employment there they would be very unprofessional and would talk badly about other employees as well as certain clients. They have stated theyve talked badly about previous employees as well, over Skype. I also offered to work from home (as everyone else was able to) for the days I missed and was told no.
