We have had only bad experiences with crown motors, They not only lied to us about how much the repairs were going to cost for my ***** Civic, but they used a scapegoat method when confronted about their shady business strategies saying "The mechanic was operating as a freelancer"?????? so tell me why you gave the car we entrusted to your mechanics to a freelancer and then on top of that you guys lied to my family and scared us into selling our car that only had an ac converter issue. THE WORST PART is after selling our car we see it posted on the ******** marketplace the next day for $4300...After confronting them they apologized and told us they would give us a good deal on any car we wanted from their used car selection. We took them up on that and got ** a ****** Impreza 2011. They told us it was just recently fixed from its head gasket issue(remember this) and also that it came with an extra 4 tires(snow tires) Well after a week of driving it, the coolant line came off in the middle of driving and I was stranded. Flash forward we have had to spend almost 7k on an 8k car for repairs only after 3 months of having the car (OFC the warranty of a month was expired. almost too perfect right?)Well the worst of it came when we found out the engine was having Piston Ring issues which are a simple fix that do not cost a lot WHEN the engine is already out of the car, otherwise it would cost 3-5k labor + parts. So tell me why they didn't replace the piston rings when they were replacing the Head gaskets. Luckily we saved the pictures of the texts, the ******** post, and our contract signing with the car if you don't believe us. They are horrible people. Maybe I wouldn't care so much if my family was well off, but unfortunately, a car is a big purchase for us and not having something to get around is detrimental. If only we wouldn't have been scammed out of the first car and then scammed again maybe we would be much better off right now.Thank you crown motors...
