            I hired these guys to do my taxes. They were suppose to help me with a few years of back tax. They had me send them all kind of information, to just continue to push it off over and over. Then they filed an extension for me and still never got the job done in time so I lost out of thousands of dollars. I was very accommodating to their circumstances but they didn't get it done after months of back and fourths. This is after paying them more then H&R block. This year they sent me an annual paper about this year's taxes and I contacted then through email that we had always used. I had no response. After awhile I tried contacting then directly and still no response. I really was counting on these guys and they cost me a lot of money. I was very professional with them, but this must be some side job for them to make extra money when they can. I'm very disappointed, I was looking for a long term accountant for my businesses. Apparently these guys don't have time for me or to even return my calls or emails. Good luck to anyone trying to get help from these guys with so much important things on the line.
