      November install and expected a Spring inspection, typical ftom other fence companies after first ground freeze. No company inspection but there was noticeable fence “lean” and gates not working due to this. Called. Not thrilled with timely (?) response or suggestion ( take pictures). BUT when young man, will refer to as “C” , arrived, very professional, apologetic, and expressed sincere determination to get it right. Fence looks great now and gates are working again. Young man should be recognized by company as a great customer service representative with good work ethic. Like most construction projects “ stuff” happens. As long as this company honors its warranty with appr “ fix” and attention to customer relations by employees who seem to care , it will be considered for future prohects.

      Not sure how to rate them. We were really frustrated with the constant delays and run arounds about set work times to get the gazebo project we hired them for done. Had to rearrange our schedules and plans because of this. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my husband after a really bad year, and they made me miss work only to cancel that day and not get started on it until 2 days later. Not only did I have to get my shift covered that I couldve ended up working that day after all, because of their last minute cancellation, but I lost pay and got put on the Wall Of Shame at work (even though I am very responsible and had my shift covered days in advance)..because I was scheduled and didnt work my shift..even though I got a dependable coworker to cover me, so they werent shorthanded at my job. They finally started on it 2 days later (on a Friday) to not do a great job the first day, were supposed to come back on Monday to finish the job, delayed it another day, only to come bright and early on Tuesday and worked hard (in what time I was home that day) until after dark and as the weather got cold, to make sure they finished the job! We appreciate that, and they did a great job on it.. and had it finished a few days before Christmas! But the constant run arounds, making me have more problems than I have at work already, missing work and losing my pay, for a job that was paid a fortune for ahead of time months in advance, and no consistency until we had to keep hounding them to get the job done..makes it hard to want to do business with them again!

      We appreciate you working with us but dont really understand why we are receiving a bad review. We tried to communicate to you that your products were special order and we could not install them until we received them. The contract that was signed for your project stated that the wait time for materials and installation would be a minimum of 12 weeks, we were really happy that we were able to get it done at the 10 week ***** almost 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. As far as rearranging the schedule at the last minute, we work outside and weather is unpredictable, the project before yours took a couple of days longer due to rain, we do not require our employees to work in the rain in December. That is not healthy or safe. The Monday that you are referring to that we did not come back to finish, it was snowing and 25 mile an hour winds, that would not have been safe for our team to work on the roof of your gazebo. You seem angry that we did not put our team in an unsafe situation in order to complete it that day but that was a judgement call that was necessary. Overall, I'm glad that your project looks so good and that it was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We just wish that we could have had a little more patience in balancing the special order materials, schedule, and the importance of keeping our team safe

      When **** came to my home, he was professional, detailed, & courteous. I appreciate the detail he shared about the flashing around my chimneys would be done and offered the black drip edge to match the color of my shingles. He had the quote and follow up within a day, then the crew came the following week and finished it in one day. ****, the crew leader was great answered my questions and the whole crew was friendly got after it. By the time I got home from work you could hardly tell anyone was here, they cleaned up so well.

      If I could give a ZERO I would! Terrible communication! No follow up! They will change plans at the last minute. I asked for a discount and was given the run around! The owner is not responsive and once they have your down payment you will have to hound them to get the job done! I was told 4-6 weeks and it took 10 with me constantly asking for an update! Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Go somewhere else!

      We are sorry that you feel that this was such a disappointment. Our team tried hard to explain that some delays are outside of our control. We cant install special order materials if we havnt received them. To help with this we added some more information to our quotes to give better clarity on timelines for completion.
