Exterior areas on our nearly 35-year-old house in ***** were showing signs of rotting wood siding and trim, woodpecker damage, gutter and downspout problems, cracking and peeling caulk, crumbling concrete steps on our front porch, and more. Esser Builders assessed the problems and deployed a crew to make the repairs and improvements. Their work was outstanding, performed by a team of men and women who clearly cared about doing a good job, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. Hats off and thank you to **** (the construction *******), ****** and his wife, the rest of the worksite crew, **, ***** and the rest of the Esser team. I had Esser Builders II do a complete roof tear off . They installed new shingles, new shy light and ridge vent. They Also removed decking to deal with a insulation issue . Excellent work very professional and done on a good time table. I would recommend them because of the quality of work and is covered by life time warranty. Esser Builders II put in a new fence in 2021. They did an excellent job and I have been very pleased with their work. The guys who came were on time and had good work ethic. Always polite and answered any questions I had. They always asked me what I wanted if they had any questions. I never let anyone come do work for me without me being here as I have animals. However, for the first time I allowed them to come because of how responsive and respectful they were to me and how they worked. After the first week I knew they were people I could trust. They are returning this week to repair my gate that was damaged during the high winds that we had recently. After I called, ** came out within about 2 days and we arranged for the work to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. We will be discussing future work that needs to be done at my home. They were also the the only company that responded to me in a timely manner after I called for an estimate. Other companies I called never came back or gave me an estimate. Good work ethic always pays off. Again I would HIGHLY recommend Esser Builders II.

Al and his team did an excellent job with several projects including a large rear deck replacement, front deck replacement and retaining wall replacement amongst other smaller work. I added in a fence/pergola removal and staining. The team did a nice job on all projects. The core workers worked extremely hard on laborious tasks in very hot conditions ... kudos to them and their dedication to their tasks. The carpentry work was high quality. Al and team show care for their work and customers. I have them coming back for roof replacement and driveway drain and sealing shortly.Esser Builders II Response

Had a new roof put on, then a new deck put in. Old deck was dismantled by the crew, and new one put in too. The crew were very professional, personable, and great to work with. Owner is great to work with, and I look forward to working with him again for my future home projects.Review from Amber P

Esser Builders was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, all of the people who came to my home were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. When a challenge arose with the project they presented three viable options and allowed me as the home owner to make the final choice. Overall I am satisfied.
