              Terrible company, I would not even give them a 1 start rating! Does not honor any warranty work even though they stated on the invoice I had a 5 year warranty! Two employees were sent out to my home this morning and the one employee was already having an issue just coming out this morning with an attitude! The one employee was just completely rude and not listening to our issue that should be covered under warranty! The employee just argued and stated the issue was from another source! After just a few minutes my husband told them to leave the house since the employee was not listening or understanding our point of view. Clearly just lazy employees that do not want to work! As the employees were leaving the one guy called my husband a profane name and then wanted to fight him! What type of employees does this company hire! All this happened in my basement and outside my home and is all on video. I will file a complaint with the BBB as well for the disrespect and my handling through the courts!
