Photos were taken in November 2022 $2520.00 The total amount was made in multiple payments This was my 3rd child that Amber was taking Senior photos for and I have never experienced anything like this. Amber took the photos of my son and she was very difficult to work with this time. She would not return phone calls and refused to give me tracking numbers once she said the items had shipped which was in the middle of May 2023. After multiple attempts of trying to reach her via telephone and text she finally responded to me on June 22, stating that the photos were shipped to ******* in error. I explained to her that my son's graduation party was approaching and I would need them for that. She stated that she would pay the extra to have them reprinted and overnight to me. I asked her to please update me with the tracking number and when to expect them. I finally the package on June 29 but was missing items. The photos did not come from the lab as stated and were shipped ground from Milford where her old studio was located. I texted her to let her know what I was missing and she didn't even acknowledge it. I called her from my work phone because she blocked my phone number along with blocking me on all social media because I would call her out on her lies to me. She even went as far as blocking my children's phone numbers. When I called from work she was extremely rude stated that she was at a personal lunch and would check her "business" phone that evening and would get back with me, then proceed to hang up on me. It is now August 8th and I have yet to hear back from her. I have left messages on all numbers that I have. Not only was I missing items but the photos were not a lab quality, clearly she mounted the photos on foam board herself and the items that she couldn't do is what I did not receive. In the process of all of this she moved to ******* and has no forwarding address and does not answer her business line. It goes straight to voicemail.
