I've had Lach Handyman do multiple jobs for me, from fencing to plumbing. The owner is always very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I'd highly recommend Lach Handyman for any projects you may have!Review from Scott L

I have worked with LACH Handyman on a number of projects over the past few years from resurfacing original wooden decks to bathrooms, to a kitchen remodel. This is the only business card I keep in my wallet and recommend to family and friends (which I have done many times). The owner is courteous, honest, and completely transparent on the work that needs to be done, potential issues that *** come up, and his plan to deal with them if they do. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a return phone call when I have questions, which even included when he was on vacation. I have also had the pleasure of working with most of his employees and found them to represent the values of the owner. 5 Stars, would highly recommend.**************Review from Ronald B

I have used LACH Handyman services for 4-5 years. They have remodeled 3 of my bathrooms, installed ***** feet of flooring, fixed ceiling drywall when upstairs pipe leaked, cleaned and resurfaced my foundation, changed and installed lighting and vent fixtures, and numerous other drywall repairs and small repairs. I have found their employees to be professional, courteous, trustworthy, and hard working. They reviewed all my jobs, gave me an estimate, we discussed and would do adjustments coming to an amiable agreement on cost. They have even reduced the cost of project when some supplies werent needed or used. They explained and showed me problems, gave me options, and I was always kept appraised of progress and timeline. They would make any changes I wanted or even add work that we had not discussed. My wife and I are extremely happy with all their work, as are our family and friends, and we actually have them scheduled for more work.Review from Zachary S

I hired Lach handyman to replace my garbage disposal, they were very fair with pricing, provided an accurate quote, and had my garbage disposal back in order within only a couple days of my first call. 10/10 would and will use their service again!Review from Logan B

**** is an honest, hardworking company always trying to ensure satisfaction for customers. His estimates are free that he does himself, and his workers are kind and knowledgeable. The owner gets to know each customer, making them feel heard. At the end of the day the home is improved and I will be referring him to anyone who needs work done!!Review from Mike G

Job Description: Drywall, install baseboards, paint Epoxy Floor.
Start Date: September 5th, 2021 the Paid In Full: September 28th, 2021.
In the beginning the employees seemed hardworking and trustworthy. Upon completion of the job there were some issues with quality that were discussed with the contractor. I was informed an epoxy kit would be order to repair/finish parts of the floor, and other issues would be resolved. This has not occurred, despite paying in full. The pictures are available on google reviews, link below. The drywall is unfinished in areas, the baseboard nail holes were not caulked. The caulking between the baseboard and drywall is very thin. Most disappointing is the epoxy floor, as the clear coat was put on a dirty floor there is discolartion, dirt, pine needles, hair, and more stuck in the clear coat. Mopping, sweeping, or vacumming cannot remedy this. The workers did not follow instructions and never completed the work.

**** GAVE US A QUOTE TO REPAIR, POWERWASH AND STAIN MY WOOD DECK WHICH WE ACCEPTED. HE KEPT PUTTING US OFF FOR MONTHS AND SAID WE WERE NEXT UP ON HIS LIST TO COMPLETE THE WORK. HE THEN INFORMED ME HE WASN'T GOING TO DO THE WORK AT ALL ! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!
