Too noisy. Sounds like you're in the shower with your neighbor. They had a child running back and forth that I called the front desk about around 9 p.m They said they would call them. It never stopped until about an hour later. At 11 I called the desk again because they had their ** so loud you could hear everything on it and they had the shower running for almost an hour and we could hear everything they were saying like we was in the shower with them. They said they would call them and after 10 minutes they did. We hear a man answer the phone and then hang up and say" turn the ** down a little"and a woman say "really". They then turn it down a little. We packed up while we were waiting for them to quiet down. At 11:40 we left the room. We went down and asked for a refund so we could go find a quieter hotel. The man told us we couldn't get one and he could put us in another room on the next floor up. He told us what room number it would be and we saw people arguing up there a few hours before outside their room and the guy working was trying to get them to quiet down. We told him we didn't want the room. We were going somewhere else. It smelled like strong urine outside our door when we got there and there was hair in the bathtub and on the toilet. We should have asked for a different room then.
