This space is too small for everything that occurred with this situation. I have typed it up in a word document and have attached it along with screenshots of conversations with this woman and emails. _______________________________ On Mar 30, 21 I messaged her on Facebook to order 4 glittery tumbler cups from her. I told her what I wanted. She told me it was going to be $200, to pay via PayPal friends and family claiming that PayPal holds her money. I paid her the money. She said they would be done and shipped 6-8 wks later. She sent me pictures/videos of my 1st cup being made on Apr 15, 21. She sent me a video of the first cup done on Apr 21, 21. The other 3 cups were identical. She sent me pictures of them being made on Apr 25, 21. I messaged her on Jun 7, 21 to ask how the cups were coming along. She said she was just putting a second coat of epoxy on the 3 identical cups. On Jun 25, 21 I messaged her again assuming they were done to see if she was shipping them. She said her friend had a baby so she had not finished the cups yet, but would ship them the following Mon 28/Tues 29 2-day priority. Jun 28, 21 I messaged again. She claimed she was locked out of her Facebook and was still at the hospital with her friend who had a baby so she could not ship them, but they would be Sat Jul 3 and would also send a video of all the cups completed, which she never did. On Jul 13, 21 she messaged me asking about the name that was supposed to be on the identical cup, which means they were not done as of that day. On Jul 25, 21 I messaged her and asked her if there were any updates or if they had been shipped. She said she was sending videos that days and would ship everything the following day, Jul 26, 21. On Jul, 26, 21 she asked for my address again. On Aug, 16, 21 I messaged her again and asked if they had been shipped. She never replied. On Aug 19, 21 I messaged her again and asked if they had shipped. She responded and said yes they had shipped and she forgot to send the tracking information. She claimed she hadn't had her facebook again, she deleted her facebook I later found out. Aug 27, 21 I messaged her and asked when she had shipped them because I still had not received them. I got no response. I messaged her on Sep 4, 21 and said I had emailed her and to please respond. I emailed her that Facebook didn't seem to be working, but she stated that she shipped the cups. She did not tell me when they had been shipped and I still had not received them which was disconcerting. That I needed some sort of communication about this matter. On Sep 4, 21 she responded and said she never got my last couple Facebook messaged. She claimed she was dog sitting and would be home on Sun Sep 5,21 and she would ship then as well as refund me some money I had paid to her for the cups for the inconvenience. On Sep 15, 21 I emailed her again and asked that she pass along the shipping information. She did not respond. After all of this occurred, I told the person who had recommended this woman to me. The person who recommended her then informed me there were a few other people who she recommended this woman to that had ordered cups from her and never received them. Upon hearing this I contacted PayPal to try to dispute the charge. However since I paid friends and family nothing can be done through PayPal. The suggested I contact my bank and see if they could get my money back. I filed a complaint with the bank, but because my PayPal uses my debit card instead of my bank account the bank could not do anything either. On Sep 15, 21 I received an email from the woman which said that she was hacked and locked out of her PayPal and email so she could not retrieve any of her addresses. She would send the shipping and tracking information in the morning and that she had already refunded money to my PayPal account. I still have not received any tracking information from her nor have a received any kind of refund from her. I believe this woman knows what she is doing and is having people pay through friends and family PayPal with a sympathy story and then never having the intention of sending what people are paying for.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/19) */ Hello, your order was shipped and tracking is provided below. A lot of the things you stated are not accurate and I have no outstanding orders. No one who ordered tumblers from your friend never got their orders you were the only referral from her so I am unaware of your statements above. As a young business owner I was going through a lot and I apologize for the delay and hope you love your custom tumblers. Once again, lying about things that are not true to make your situation look better does not help. Hope you find some peace :) God Bless **********************
