On July 1st 2021, I purchased an Intex 28211EH 12ft x 30in above the ground pool from amazon. The first time my children attempted to use it, we realized the pool had a leak/leaks. as we prepared to return the pool to Amazon, we realized there was a note from Intex requesting costumers call their 800 number instead of returning items to wherever they purchased them from. we did call Intex, and Intex requested we send our receipts and pictures of the pool by August 19Th,2021. we did provide the requested receipts and pictures by 8/19. However, we went for months without a correspondence or replacement item from Intex. On 2/21/2022, I reached out to ask the Intex representative what has become of my claim number ******. I was told by the agent additional item/proof was required before the claim could be process, and that she were to send me the list in an email( the items would be specific cut outs of the defective pool). On 2/23/2022, 2 days after my follow up phone call, I received an email title: Canceled claim Notice, in other words, we would not be replacing your defective pool, nor would we refund your money.I feel/felt cheated, for I could have seamlessly received a refund or replacement from Amazon if Intex had not dragged the process; leaving me in a position could no longer return( return window closed) the defective item to Amazon.Initial Complaint

I have now purchased 2 Intex inflatable mattresses. Both of them failed within months for no good reason with normal use. They are subpar quality and I am encouraging our campers and outdoorsman to boycott Intex products effective immediately. Thank you.
