Business ProfileforAB Fence

Had a privacy fence installed in the spring of 2023. Fenced in part of my yard and put in a gate. Was informed most likely the gate would settle and when that happens to contact them and they will come fix/adjust. The gate has settled and is at this point unusable. Sent message on 8/6/2023 saying "Hey. The gate is for sure not working anymore. Must have settled? Doesn't close. And doesn't open up far enough to even get the trash bins through."The business responded on 8/7/2023 with "Ok I will come by and adjust it. It will be later in the week."After nobody coming and no further communication on 8/13/2023 I sent the message "Sooner would be better. The dog is getting out at least once a day and the neighbors are not thrilled." I can see that message has been read.After nobody coming and no further communication on 8/26/2023 I sent the message "Checking in. It's week 3 of not being able to use our gate or back door. The fence is far too new to be having this many issues."I can see that message has been read by the business but still nobody has been here to fix and have received no correspondence.
