We bought a 2006 **** escape hybrid for $2000. It had a broken back passenger shock that went through the wheel well. They said they would fix it for $300. D&D ended up ruining the hybrid battery and offered to fix that since it was their fault. They could not figure out the issue. So they sent it over to another shop to be looked at and fixed. D&D said they would call us with updates and failed on that part. We attempted to get a hold of them multiple times with zero results. So we had to take it upon ourselves to find out from the other shop what was going on. Now the shop that has the escape has been trying to contact D&D for the last three months and again. No one has responded to their attempts. D&D recieved the escape on March 24th 2023 and sent the escape to M&N on May 4th 2023. And still no one has heard from anyone from D&D. In my opinion this is unprofessional behavior from a car dealership/shop owner. And in no way is any of this reflecting on the sweet workers/owners of M&N auto repair. They have been nothing but helpful unlike D&D. M&N found a hybrid battery for the escape and gave D&D the quote. The receptionist from M&N even walked the quote over to them and they still have not responded. M&N is at the point of charging D&D for storage fees due to lack of communication and repairs being able to be done.
