on the day of September 23, 2022 my car was taken into Tuffy's auto service to do a diagnosis n what was wrong with my car on the issue of not starting and after a few hours they told me the issue and gave me the estimate.on the 26 on September my car started being worked on as i had agreed to get the car fixed by their team. OCT 3rd car was returned to me and from the moment i picked up the car i noticed my check engine light still on in the dashboard along with new warning light and other functions not working properly and i went and proceeded to walk back inside and tell them that warning light were still on, ***** the counter clerk told me the technician that had worked on my vehicle had gone for vacation for whole week and he will be back the following Monday and for me to return. I went back as told and they said that now some other sensors not working properly also but those sensors never came back on their computer nor in mines previously to getting the car checked. so now they are telling me that there is other sensors i need to change but i was never told about them when they gave me the estimate. now they are asking me to pay additional for them to change those on top of the $3,000 they received for payment. now not only is my car still the same with the same issue but now it got other sensor issues that it did not have before taken into their shop making my car not funcion properly on other things such as remote starter, auto start/stop and others. i just want them to make things right and finish the job they got paid for.
