  2 men parked in front of my house for2days they worked for an hour on day 2. They cut two 6 branches on a chery tree and one branch on a pair tree left the branches in my yard and ditch they had a chipper but didnt use it they were supposed to do more on the pair tree to make way for consumers to run a line but they had a attitude about the job then left the mess and the job no follow up by a supervisor

  One of the Asplundh trucks out of Kansas City was traveling north bound on 71 and something came off their truck and busted out my windshield around **** am to **** am on 07/21/2022. There was a phone number on that truck ************. We spoke with a man names *********************** who stated his boss told him unless we can prove it, they will not pay for my windshield even though there tracking devise showed their vehicle in the location at the time of the incident. He further stated that the truck had nothing on it. This is outrageous at best. I have not car now because the windshield is damages beyond repair. This even went as far as to say well we sell our trucks with the phone number and logos on them, passing the buck. If my windshield is not replaced, I have full intention on hiring lawyer and I will go for more than the windshield. This is about principle. Take responsibility. The truck was moving so fast after the windshield was broke, we had to stop and could not even catch up with this truck. The fact that they admit the truck was in the area, admitted that that was their phone number on the truck. This man just kept blaming his boss, saying Ya they tracked the truck there, but it had nothing on it, not sure what more they need. They are liable and I want a resolution immediately,

  Consumers hired this tree company to trim trees around power lines. When they did, the tree co, broke our fence. This happened in June, 2021 and we cannot get it resolved. The tree company guy told us they did not have insurance to cover their damages. He gave me $100 to cover the cost of the fence, However, we asked for $200 to cover all labor charges to remove the broken fence. He told us all he had was $100 because no insurance. However, we found out they do have insurance for damages. Since the fence is no longer available to buy, we took 2 sections of fence out on the other side of our driveway and put one of those sections where the broken one was. This was the cheapest way to go otherwise we would have had to replace 5 - 7 sections, which would have cost $1000 plus. We cannot get return calls. We are not asking for the world here, just a fair price to close this case.
