I have been an everyday supporter of this store and the owner for years. He owns most of the liquor stores in my area. However Ive had several incidents where Ive bought tobacco products and when I opened it. My tobacco cigars were completely covered in white mold spores which is disgusting and a health hazard. Ive called the tobacco company before about the issue. It is a hassle and very inconvenient. It happened again a few weeks ago and when I drove back up there and told them about the issue and that it cost gas money and time to come up there just for them to give me no compensation. It said I should be happy that they might exchange because they dont have too. Th business owner literally drives a 6 figure car and couldnt compensate me for my time, money and energy wasted. He disregarded the fact that I came there to spend money everyday for years. Business owners like him think they can s**** over people every now and then and it wouldnt matter. However I told him straight to his face if this issues is not solved then Id have to call the BBB. Please help me so we can get this solved. I received molded tobacco cigars several times this year and who knows how many people this happens to on the weekly basis
