I booked a Ice Tour for this past February, I was told by the operator ********************************* that he would need a 100% Deposit which came to $318.00. Two days later he canceled the trip and told me deposits were not refundeable. On the PAY PAL recipt I recieved, there was no mention of that provision. When I called him and left numerous messages and emails he finally responded and said no refunds, but I could apply it to another tour. I said ok, what other tours? He said he was working out of town and would respond to me the day he gets back. It's been 6 months with no response.I was recently in ********************, booked three tours. All three were canceled because of weather, all 3 gave 100% refunds. So ****** claim is this is common pratice tour operators, is unheard of by other tour operators.I think this is nothing more than a side hustle for Mr. *********************** Take a reservation, demand a deposit with no intent on fullfilling the trip then pocketing the money. It is difintely an eyesore on ******** bussinesses.Thank You,*************************
