Took my niece here and was convinced to get the membership for her, I was told there was some free jump time each month (I believe they said 30 minutes) and I figured that it was to get you in the door figuring you'd buy snacks maybe bring other people that you would have to pay for. I believed it was like the gas station rewards or a membership at Lowes. At no point did anyone tell me that there was a monthly fee. Nor did I see anything about it in the legalese electronic document. I didn't notice the next month that I was charged again, but I did notice the month after that. I decided that between me not noticing it and my niece going there during that month that I would just eat that months payment but I wasn't going to keep paying them in perpetuity. Called to cancel the membership and was told I had to do it in person or online. I don't live in the area so going in would be a big time sink, and I couldn't find the area on their web site to cancel. I contacted my bank and issued a stop payment order against them and got a new card under the advice of my bank. this month I received my statement and they were on there again, listed under my new credit card number. I contacted the bank and they did not give them the card number, and obviously I didn't give it to them either, so how did they charge it. So not only was I charged multiple times without being informed of such, but they apparently stole my credit card number. I was told to contact the police but I'm not sure if an actual law was broken, I'm sure it was written in the legalize somewhere to authorize it.
